She had me believe that thousands of dollars off and this great deal, expired that night ironically, I could use it for credit. I had to put down payment right there! The list went on. I ended up deciding not to go through with ideal image and left. I made a consultation with Nicolette at Westchester Laser Associates the NEXT day, through recommendation of a friend. She is the sweetest person. I felt so comfortable, prices are ridiculously reasonable, the salon is super cute, and it's a family operated business. It was a night and day difference of a commercialized marketed company to a family salon with great staff. I continue to go and plan on adding more service!! Nicolette is amazing!

If a client is 10 minutes late, their appointment gets canceled, yet clients are constantly left waiting 15-25 minutes past their scheduled time with no issue. This is not just a one time thing either. The policy clearly only applies one way. The manager was sitting at the front laughing and chatting instead of helping, which looks really unprofessional for a store front. On top of that, the girl at the front desk doesn't seem to know how to properly respond to customers or handle situations professionally. What's also frustrating is being asked if you want to switch to another waxer because your appointment is running behind. Most people book with someone specific because they're comfortable with them and trust them -- especially for a personal service that they charge alot for. That shouldn't be treated like it's no big deal. The waxers themselves may be great, but the customer service and management upfront really need improvement. 5 Stars For the waxer Shanice

I was diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) and that was causing the hair growth. My doctor advised that I should see an electrologist . I researched electrologists in the area and saw Electrolysis by Diane. I called her and made an appt. for a consultations and felt very comfortable so I continued on to a treatment. It is now about 6 months later, and I am so happy with results I am seeing. Some of the hair has stopped growing completely and much of it is just a peach fuzz - which needs more treatment, but Diane said it will eventually also go away. I have so much more self -esteem and I now look forward to social events and being out amongst friends rather than hiding away due to embarrassment. I strongly suggest if you have excessive hair growth due to genetics, PCOS, medicines, or hormones - call Diane and request a complimentary consultation . She will explain everything in detail, the process, the scheduling, and what to expect. Since I have started treatment I have met several people in Diane's waiting room that are now on only a maintenance program of needing treatment once or twice a year and they have raved over the amount of self-confidence and self-esteem that the successful electrolysis treatments has added to their life. It is something that I should have done long ago, but kept procrastinating, and because I did wait, I have some scarring due to the ingrown hairs that kept forming because my hair was so curly. But I am thankful I finally made the move to do this, because the scars from the ingrown hairs are lightening and more importantly the hair is issue is quickly being resolved. I am so happy I made the decision to start - it was one of the best things I have ever done for myself . Diane is also a NYS licensed esthetician so she has also been performing pore cleansing and blackhead removal at the end of each treatment . I am so thankful I found her.
