This was not your typical Massage Envy or Elements-type massage. It was very targeted and specific to what my body actually needed, including trigger-point work and joint movement to help release tension. It was intense at times, but in the best possible way. I truly felt like I got every penny's worth. Another nice surprise: I was told there is no additional fee for paying by credit card--they absorb that cost. Excellent massage, excellent value, and absolutely money.

Mother Earth Holistic Arts Studio is a mind, body, and soul regenerating experience conveniently…read morelocated off of US 95 and 215 as it turns into Lake Mead. I highly recommend the acoustic vibration table for those who are squeamished about being touched or are energy sensitive. I truly enjoy letting my mind escape into itself while the reverberation of music designed to relax your muscles and your mind echos through every fiber of your being. When living in San Diego, I did trade with a client for use of her VT table and am so lucky I found one here in the Vegas Valley and so close to me. *fate* The studio itself is cozy, featuring a massage table, the VT table and low ambient lighting for those who are photo sensitive (personally I loathe bright lights in any "relaxation" experience.) The hospitality and positive energy from the staff is always a welcomed escape from the everyday flavorless experiences when dealing with society. I highly recommend making the Vibro Acoustic Table experience at Mother Earth Holistic Arts Studio in Henderson a monthly part of your life - if not weekly. REASONS TO VISIT: 1. Plenty of Parking 2. They offer a comprehensive collection of healing treatments like Vibroacoustic therapy, Cupping, Reiki and more. Therapists take time to listen. Each session is customized to my individual wants and needs. My therapist understood what I was looking to release and this helped me minimize stress and my chronic back pain. She was sensitive and attentive with a lot of knowledge to share. After a few sessions she was able to create a personalized program to target my specific needs. She even suggested exercise that I can do at home to seek release when needed. Mother Earth truly cares about their patients wellbeing.

I had an absolutely terrible experience here and will never be back. I came in experiencing a great…read moredeal of pain and was barely mobile. My girlfriend was kind enough to book and prepay for a 90-minute deep tissue massage for me, and decided to book one for herself at the same time. The first 45 minutes were spot on. The original masseuse found the knots in my back, neck, shoulders, and left hip and went straight to work. But midway through the session, someone else entered the room and took over without warning. First off, her hands were freezing. Second, she was completely worthless--zero pressure, no deep tissue work at all, just loads of oil and light rubbing. She "worked" on my right leg, but did absolutely nothing to address the muscle tension. By the end of the session, I was drenched in oil and literally walking with a limp because my left leg had been properly massaged by the first person, but my right leg received zero actual treatment. To make matters worse, when my girlfriend (who had the same masseuse for her entire session) approached the manager about why my therapist was switched, the manager's excuse was: "Oh, because it was her turn." No apology whatsoever. The manager just casually said, "When he comes back, he can request the full session be with the original masseuse." There will not be a next time. Terrible customer service, zero care for a client in pain, and completely unprofessional management. I would never recommend Thai Spa on Eastern Ave.

But she did ask if it was ok and I could only handle the buttocks and thigh, not my back. I didn't really like their massage tables, as they are not the kind with the head rest but just a whole to stick your face in, so it was a bit rough on my chin and when she was massaging my upper back it put pressure on my neck that was not comfortable. Also, I really don't like her payment system, as I had to send through Zelle, but not that big of a deal. Price wise was good. 90 minutes for $120
