But i can honestly say this was definitely great & tasty authentic Mexican food. Coming from California , i was definitely impressed with this place. We got the torta con papas. As a big fan of nopales this was a treat and they were wonderful for making this special for me. I told them they need to consider having this as an option on their vegetarian tacos. Highly recommend this place.

On top of that, the restaurant has a super cute vibe and fantastic outdoor seating, making it a great patio spot for a sunny afternoon. However, the experience was dragged down a bit by the service and the bar program. The staff could definitely stand to be more attentive, as we had to flag people down for basic check-ins and refills. Worse, the cocktails were surprisingly weak and watered down. Come for the incredible food and the outdoor ambiance, but stick to beer or wine until they tune up the bar!

I'm a simple girl and go for the beef burrito smothered in green chili or the enchiladas but there are a lot of authentic Mexican entrees to try if you're adventurous. The salsa and guacamole is also enjoyable. The food is mediocre, there are plenty of restaurants in the area with better food, but it works when you're washing it down with a jumbo margarita. Depending on when you're dining, it gets loud and lively. The service is hit or miss. Sometimes quick and attentive, other times you have to wait to be seated or flag down your server. The entire back wall of the bar is lined with tequila bottles, colorful and eclectic. There is a large patio area that I have yet to enjoy, but maybe I'll check it out when the weather is warmer.
