The refried beans in my burrito bowl were cold, which I didn't appreciate. But everything else was good. I like the variety of beverages too. (A lot of food trucks skimp on this.) I grabbed a Jarritos guava flavored soda. After I left, I wished I had tried the interesting Manzanita Sol apple flavored soda. I'll definitely grab one of those next time. This is a family run operation and everyone was very friendly. I always favor a family owned business versus a big corporate place. This isn't a food truck that I'd seek out. After a while he came back and we ordered, I asked for the chicken taco platter. When the food arrived, they should have called it an onion taco, more onions than chicken. I tried pick them out, but it was just not good, and I left the second taco untouched, the rice and beans were just so-so, and after a couple of attempts I abandoned them, stactin the plates, and my friend did the same. The waiter returned with the bill, no conversation, and I remember thing "for what this meal cost we could have had a decent meal somewhere, and a marguetta". We left the young man a tip, I could tell he wouldn't be making much money today.
