Our burgers came out quickly and all of them had good flavor. You can tell they use frozen patties but they were fine. The broccoli cheddar soup was very hot and tasted good. The music was nice and this place would be very fun in the summer time or on a weekend. Great drink specials and a decent tap selection. Great food and fun decor. This small town pub was perfect for lunch. My friends and I had the chicken quesadilla that was filled with mozzarella cheese and we LOVED it. Sandwiches are great! Been here a couple times and the sandwiches have always been consistent and good! Coffee is so/so, it's okay. Costumer service is not very good and honestly disappointing for a small business/ restaurant. There's an older lady with glasses that's just plain out rude and very snotty/snappy (in coffee shop/sandwich part of the building) . Im always respectful and saying my pleases and thank you's and she just wasn't nice at all. Overall food is good but unfortunately crappy costumer service. read more

Food and service were great after a long day on the Soo Line Atv Trail. We had the Rachel and rodeo burger which were both quite tasty. After dinner we went to the ice cream/coffee shop next-door which is actually where all the food is made for the bar side. They have a great selection of coffee drinks, desserts and local favorites. Wow!! We wanted a quick bite for lunch...and since Covid just shut everything down again- we wanted to keep it local. We ordered the Turkey sandwich with "special sauce", chicken salad sandwich, and a chicken Caesar salad.... WOW!!!! Everything was fresh and amazing!! I actually think that was the best Turkey sandwich I have ever had!! Now I know where to go for lunch every time we are at the cabin! YUMMMMM!!!!! read more

The bartender was slow to take our order. When the food finally came it was a schwans formed burger. I had a cali and got one slice of lettuce and a tomato slice. They gave my buddy ketchup packets and me none. Then another bartender grabbed a crate with katchup and mustard and napkins. We were half way done by then. The final bill for a cali burger, cheese burger nd 2 domestic beers. No fries just stale little chips. And tip-$45 I used their square for my credit card and I think they changed the tip. Great food, wonderful Bloody Mary and good atmosphere. Only complaint is very very loud. Unable to have any conversation. Music screamingly loud and customers trying to talk over it sure gave me a headache by the end of lunch. read more

Ate their twice so far. Kitchen actually belongs to adjoining sandwich shop. First time I had a very tasty hamburger. Second time a club sandwich with potato salad. What a relief - something served in Isle (except for the bacon on the club) that was not fried. Really enjoyed the sandwich and the potato salad. Only issue was the extremely slow service out of the kitchen. Still, would recommend. If you just want to eat and not have alcoholic beverages, then you might want to eat in the sandwich shop itself. Visiting from Iowa. This was meh to me. We visited on a Monday after a town celebration so they were out of hash browns and potato salad. I had the Dagwood which had a generous portion of meat but the bread (toast) was soggy. Son had haystack and he was making another sandwich at the camper an hour later. Wife had the Rachel and thought it was outstanding. Kettle chips are from a bag and coleslaw seemed commercial. Bartender (Craig) was friendly and didn't up charge us for the coleslaw since they were out of what we wanted. Bartender was conversing with locals and chatting about "squatters" at tables and how the tourists would be gone in a month - made me feel a little unwelcome in a town of 750 that thrives on tourists. Bottom line - give this place a try - you may love it. Tablet would accept our debit card but owner said a new charge square had been ordered. read more

I will never go to this place again. I was looking forward to visiting here again when I was in town. To my dismay I walked in to find faces of prominent democrats on the floor for people to walk on including the MN governor AOC Biden etc. Businesses are free to express opinions but this was offensive regardless of political beliefs. We had a terrible experience at Beckham's. Food took over an hour to come out, and when it did, we were more than disappointed with what we were given. Soggy hash brown squares, BLT's with single pieces of bacon, lettuce, and tomato, and freezer-burned burgers. They made a new BLT, but when the waitress brought it out she asked if we were "done being crabby". Yikes. Definitely never coming back to this place. I'd rather eat a sandwich from the gas station... Oh, and I had to help clear the table. read more
