The egg was slightly lacy -- I wish that I could figure out how to do that at home. The salsa roja was fresh but not too spicy. The green doña-style salsa was amazing. I was told that it was made with Serrano peppers but there was something else in it that tempered the spiciness because I wanted to guzzle that stuff. It was not too hot but was wonderful! Once the food came out (10min) we were given 2 types of salsas: green guacamole and red with chile de arbol. I was only able to add a few drops of the red salsa so beware.
