I just love this hot dog place. Its small and family run. There are pick nick tables outside to sit at and a TV playing Telmundo at all times. For me, the only thing I have had on the menu is their signature Sonoran style dog. Great fresh bread not regular store bought buns but good ones from a local bakery - with a bacon wrapped dog smothered in refried beans, guac, sour cream, mustard, cream, cheese, fresh tomatoes and amazing caramelized onions. This place is awesome. Anytime I am in the area, I try to stop by. They are mostly open in the evening. I gave it 5 stars because the dog is amazing and they used quality ingredients cooked just right. read more

We've been coming to this El Güero Hot Dogs location for quite some time, and it's definitely a popular spot. They're often busy, which speaks to the demand for their food. Unfortunately, my most recent experience left me disappointed, and the biggest issue wasn't the food--it was the customer service. I went in with an open mind because I had read several reviews mentioning that the staff could be rude. I didn't want to judge the business based on other people's experiences, so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and see for myself. Unfortunately, I ended up experiencing exactly the kind of treatment I had hoped to avoid. The younger gentleman taking orders came across as rude and dismissive when I asked questions about the menu. Rather than making me feel comfortable asking questions or helping me decide what to order, his attitude made the interaction feel unnecessarily unpleasant. The cook in the back also came across as rude, which only added to the overall experience. What disappointed me most was that I actually stopped midway through placing my order and canceled it altogether. I simply didn't feel comfortable continuing with the purchase after being treated that way. Customers should be able to ask questions about a menu without feeling like they're inconveniencing someone or dealing with an employee who seems irritated by their presence. I completely understand that food businesses can get extremely busy, and I respect the hard work that goes into preparing orders during a rush. However, being busy should never mean that basic courtesy and professionalism go out the window. **experience during covid-19 ** This place is outdoors and they also have sanitizer available for anyone to use. I found this place on my way and decided to give it a try. I was happy to hear they are hot dogs with all the things!! That being said I would like to say I got the Chihuahua hot dog that has bacon, onion, beans, guacamole, jalapeño sauce, tomato, ketchup, mayo, and cheese. To add to that you get a chili to bite while you enjoy a good hotdog. I wish they were like Mexican street dogs that are foot long but it's okay. Now this might sound silly to some but... they have sangria!!! This is my favorite soda in the whole wide world. So yes needless to say I got one. read more

So your guys hotdogs are so delicious and they are and been my favorite, but the reason for the two stars well it's, because the KID who takes the order just needs to be more friendly, have patience and not seem annoyed all the time, because the expression on he's faces says it all(this isn't the first time and apparently you guys don't care , because of all of the reviews they keep mentioning the KID. Also it just seem like you guys don't care otherwise the kids would change he's body language or face expression and would try to be more friendly.) I would like to continue to come back and hopefully get better service from the kid or hire someone who's gonna make your customers feel welcome (not scared them away) and not feel like my hard working money isn't value there. read more

I went last minute cause I was hungry. And I love their hot dogs. Minus the cheese, mayo, and mustard. But $6.99 for a quesadilla?? That's high. They don't have prices on their food which makes me think they change them depending on how they're doing on that day with business. I got two hot dogs and a coke. I paid $9.50. The hot dogs were $3 and I got two. And the coke bottle has to be $3.50. Really? That's insane; might as well stop at Circle K or QT for a fountain drink.
