I checked Google and Yelp and also stated they are open at 09:00am. Why put a sign about the hours when they are not even going to be here. PSA: THEY HAVE RELOCATED TO SEPULVEDA BLVD! I had a feeling they relocated since their old location was closed up and Yelp said their hours were still open. So I called and Brandon was very helpful when he answered the phone. He kindly instructed me that they are located in the same plaza as Arby's and directly across from the Arby's drive-thru. It is a bit hard to spot because they are still waiting on the city of Torrance to approve their paperwork for a proper sign for the business. So please be kind and patient with them! Parking is tough as well, but the plaza itself has always been that way! Bill, the owner, was so helpful and accommodating to help bring my two bags of dog food to my car. Every time Ive gone in with a concern whether it was fleas TWICE she gave advice on what to do at home how to bathe them and what natural products to use as prevention so I didn't have to continue to use stuff with toxic chemicals . worms TWICE she helped me identify the likely problem, gave me an OTC treatment option along with probiotics to help with symptoms (my cats are Navy S.E.A.L trained when it comes to getting into food and by food I mean the trash) and when I found an emaciated kitten she gave me all the pro tips on how to fatten him up and get him to health. There's another guy with glasses who is also helpful I like how he is very blunt and also knows all their stock.Amber goes above and beyond who always finds a solution and he is the straight shooter. Brandon was real nice and helpful on our trip to the Global Pet Food Outlet. We went to just take a look as we still have some dog food left, in an attempt to get my 14 yr old dog off the couch by offering him good things to smell. He very much enjoyed sniffing up and down the well organized massive selection of dog food. Because the staff was so friendly and helpful, I ended up going back to the car to grab my wallet and buying 60 lbs of food. There's very little "prettiness" going on here - there's no label at the door (though there is a sign on the street), I initially went to the last door on the stretch of warehouse looking building and almost left thinking it was closed. It was the first door, barely recognizable as potentially pet related store by squinting at all the pet stickers on the inside of the door, during which Brandon popped out and said "welcome!" to us so we can be sure. Inside is a giant warehouse layout with rows and rows of popular as well as hard to find dog food. While not fancy, it's kept up very well and clean, with pet friendly floors. There was also an entry to an extensive cat food section. The prices are excellent, at minimum competitive. There are occasional sales on certain brands or sizes, which helps a lot as my income fluctuates when I have to pull back on work due to my health. Never any issue with parking, as it's off the beaten path. Bring cash to get 5% discount. read more

This is NOT Global Pet Food anymore and is run by El Granero. The old owner sold the business and literally none of the foods I need for my pet, are in stock anymore. New owners employees have a really BAD attitude and their stock is limited now. Prices are higher now- they are more than other botique pet stores in the area. You used to be able to special order anything but now you cannot. SAD! Will not be coming here any longer. read more

They recently opened up near Sepulveda and western in the yoshinoya plaza. The location is much smaller and more compact due to crazy rent prices in the area. However, all products I still needed were available so that was great. My only complaint is the parking as this is a small lot in a plaza that was already congested before. However there is parking available on lockness ave usually it's just a slightly farther walk. read more
