Not much of assistance unless you asked for it no matter how long you were hovering around certain sections. *They had a nice assortment of chew treats that you don't see at your commercialized pet stores. *Prices are difficult to read because they had them on clothesline clips with faded ink OR the clothesline were missing or not even there. *Prices for their dog food itself is difficult to read. They have a sheet printed out and hanging, but the prices on those sheets doesn't specify the brand of dog food it showing the cost for. In comparison to other specialty pet stores that I regularly visit, the prices at this one are slightly higher for similar items I normally buy my dogs. read more

Super cute dog boutique with great products. Me and my little yorkie went in and it's one of the few places that carry sunny tails leashes and zee dog leashes. What they didn't have in stock , they offered to order it! Definitely coming back. They also have a large variety of treats, food and even clothes. I decided to check this store out as it's the closest pet store to carry California Dog Kitchen food. I was in desperate need of finding a diet that will help my dog lose some weight. I didn't get the woman's name who helped me but she was very knowledgable about foods and brands to try as well as brands to avoid. She was also very polite and answered all of my questions. She recommended rotating between fresh and freeze dried for my dog (which is perfect since he is very finicky with food) and to give his new food about two months to see if any changes occur. The store itself is very cute and will be back to pick out some new treats for my dog. read more

This shop is awesome. We originally chose the store because we rescued a dog that was on Victor Kibble and we couldn't find it anywhere. I called and Neda said she carried it and was able to provide it for my husband with several training treats. We went back today and it was my first time in and I loved it. My Frenchie was having some issues with loose stools so I wanted to try an alternative to the chicken & rice treatment with a novel protein source. I visited PAWramount because it was the nearest retailer to carry Halshan's raw food. I didn't catch the person's name who helped me but she recommended getting the rabbit, & solely feeding that along with some butternut squash for a couple days. Wonderful local pet shop. The owner is very nice and true cares about animal. She does her own extensive research on the dog food she carries to make sure the ingredients are good for your dog's health. It is a small store (compared to PetSmart/PETCO), but the selection is very good and they carry hard to find brands that larger stores don't carry. I use Victor and this store always has it in stock. She also gives samples so you can try new treats. This is a gem of a store and the service is wonderful. I highly recommend this pet store. read more

Love this pet store. This is where we find some great healthy food and snacks for our two dogs. If it wasn't so far from our home, we would come more often. But it's worth the trek to the South Bay to grab food that is without a lot of fillers and binding agents. It's a much better experience than the big box pet stores, where the staff are untrained and unhelpful. Special recognition should go to the owner who is about as caring and knowledgeable as you find. She will walk you through the ingredients of each product and discuss with you in depth what the benefits are of each. I also appreciate that she doesn't try and steer you to a product or brand. read more
