The tacos are packed with flavorful ingredients, and the signature crispy taco lives up to its name with a satisfying crunch. The margaritas are well made, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The prices are a bit higher than your average taco spot, but the quality of the food and the fresh ingredients help justify the cost. It can get busy during peak hours, especially in the summer, so expect a short wait. Overall, it's a solid choice for casual Mexican food in Southampton, with good food, a lively vibe, and service that keeps people coming back.

It is a newer casual Mexican spot in Southampton town that offers a variety of tacos, along other menu items. The space has a fun, modern design with several seating options. There is a small bar in the back with a television and about five or six seats, counter seating in front of the open kitchen, and four or five tables along the left side, some with partial booth seating. There is also outdoor seating available when the weather is nice. I came with a friend for an early, light dinner before seeing a movie. We only waited a few minutes before being seated near the entrance. Our server greeted us promptly and brought over menus. I ordered the Sombra Margarita ($18), made with mezcal, ginger, lime, and guava, while my friend chose the Classic Margarita ($16). The Sombra was very good, the smoky mezcal paired really well with the ginger and fruit flavors, making for a refreshing and balanced cocktail. Most of the tacos were $9 each. I ordered the Veggie Taco, which was generously filled, along with the Crispy Fish Taco. The fish had a satisfying crunch, although it was just slightly overcooked. Overall, it was a good spot for a quick, casual meal. I also noticed they were preparing quite a few takeout orders. They had a sign advertising happy hour every day from 3-6pm, $8 house margaritas, $7 select tacos, and discounted small plates. I would definitely come back to check out happy hour or try more of the menu.

The food was overly greasy, the bread is stale, the lobster meat smelled funky and not fresh. We had lobster rolls, french fries, chips and guac, and shrimp tacos. The shrimp tacos were flimsy and soggy. Additionally, the service was ABYSMAL. The hostess was snide and the waitress treated my 80 year-old parents with disdain. When I asked to speak with the manager and express these concerns, he nodded solemnly but did not offer any sincere words or apologies.

I've never really been to a restaurant like this. It isn't fusion because Japanese and Venezuelan tastes aren't mashed together. But it's also not like two independent but co-located restaurants. The chefs have done an outstanding job of curating a menu where you can order a cohesive and delicious meal experience including both cuisines. They include local and seasonal ingredients and so far have done nicely by slowly rotating or tweaking the menu so favorites don't fall off but the options stay fresh. Every time I have been here it is notable how many tables of seasonal or year round locals and restaurants industry people there are. These seem like really good signs. I also notice a lot of people looking at the menu asking some questions and not coming in. Big mistake if you ask me. This is a great spot. Edited to add I don't agree with the limited vegetarian options notation. As a vegetarian I can say they have two vegetarian main dishes both great and a lot of outstanding vegetarian starters, shares, and sides. The front of house staff is also very thoughtful and careful with questions about ingredients and preparation. Much appreciated

Expect small plates with lots of flavor; there are a few big plate items, as well - we had the cold ramen with ground ginger beef - very tasty and refreshing as our big plate. For appetizers, we had chicken teriyaki skewers - delicious - loved the onion and pepper; the house ceviche was excellent though small - order one per person, the clams were very good. As for the kinks - service was green. Everyone was helpful, though you could tell that they were feeling there way around / a little timid, little presentation. It will get better if they can keep the same people. Also, I felt like they needed a front of house person to fill the gaps. A good start. I am looking forward to going back and trying more things

I had The Italian Job and it was incredible. So much so, that I have been craving it since. So I went back last week and they talked me into The Hawaiian- it was incredible. Still craving The Italian Job I went back yesterday and got TWO sandwiches- lunch and dinner, player. It's how we do. Had The Italian Job for lunch and it lived up to the hype in my mind. Just a great sandwich. I mean - who craves sandwiches? This guy does now. For Dinner? The Miami Vice. I had half for dinner and am eating the other half now. Again, incredible. These are such well balanced sandwiches - not too dry, not so sauce heavy that the bread gets weird. Even after a night in the fridge The Miami Vice holds its own. For the Hamptons, the price is right. They made the sandwich while I waited - only took five minutes and the kids at the counter seem to love their jobs. Good vibes all the way around -
