I ordered a Pepperoni Pizza Pretzel Calzone for myself, a Buffalo Chicken Calzone for my brother, and some pretzel nuggets. Once we got them we sat to enjoy them. The calzones were crunchy, well seasoned, and delicious. My brother said his had the right amount of heat. We devoured them! We then tried the pretzel nuggets and remarked these two were perfect as they had the right amount of salt. Thinking about them now, makes me hungry and wish I could have another. Snooties made a big step up a few years ago when they acquired a property, now a lovely picnic area, perfect for a little relaxation on a long road trip, though its a spot where I'd stay to enjoy my food even if I was a local. (note: I posted two photos, one with a can of Hamms. Snooties doesn't sell alcohol, but there were tubs of ice with deliciously cold soda/pop for just $1 last time I was there. Our server looked at my watch, said it's not 2:00 yet, go ahead and order what you'd like. Simply amazing! My wife ordered the chicken fajitas, I ordered the beef chimichanga. While waiting for the food to arrive we enjoyed excellent chips and salsa. When the food arrived, the servings were more than generous. Both orders came with salad, Spanish rice and refried beans. The food was excellent. For dessert we enjoyed homemade flan, my wife's favorite. The food and service was amazing! The only disappointment is this restaurant isn't closer to home, if it was we would surely make it a favorite.
