She was having problems and made an appointment for an adjustment. When she arrived, she was informed they had moved with no forwarding information and it was now called Premier Hearing. Today she went for an adjustment and spoke with a Dr. Wahl. She was having some trouble explaining what was wrong and found Dr. Wahl to be cold, rude and insulting! For the price she paid, you would think, at the very least, she would have been treated with better customer service! she was so upset by him that she has vowed never to return and to tell her friends and neighbors not to go there. Boo to Dr. Wahl and his inability to treat customers decently!

Uh, no. Good luck finding them open, too. The first time we tried to contact them, all of the branches our HH dad physically drove to we're closed during their open hours with nothing but a hand written sign on the window about vague "staffing troubles." We called the others and left messages, but they never even called back. In all my years of wearing hearing aids, I've never encountered a HA related business that raised quite this many red flags for me. Do yourself a favor, and just find a reliable independent audiologist and hearing aid dispensary. They'll be there for you in the future to maintain your hearing aids and will find you a device that suits your budget and hearing needs, regardless of which company makes it. Don't trap yourself with one brand with poor customer service just to save a buck.

She did not ask for a deposit, gave me a 3 year warranty and a whole box of batteries, carrying cases, etc. The previous ENT Audiologist gave me 1 card of batteries. They quoted me higher price, then never spoke to me again... After I had the hearing aids 2 weeks she went back in and modified the frequency response so that the sound was pleasing to me. Jill is enthusiastic about her business. I like people and am not in anyway offended by people being real. She knows the hearing aid industry! She is an expert at what she does and gives you 100% and then some. I would rather her take a phone call then for someone to get an answering machine...that someone could be me! Bottom line: If you want to pay lots more $$$ and be treated like a statistic by a cold person with an attitude, Jill is not the person for you. If you are not a compassionate person who doesn't like people, Jill is not for you. If you think it's rude to be real Jill is not for you. "Jill Klein is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. She was very pushy and rude only focusing on making a sale even before performing the hearing test. She never took the time to explain a warranty or other benefits I was entitled to. When questioned why she was attempting to sell me the hearing aids before the test, she told me that she had taken the time to do another patients hearing test first, then they never bought them. Her aggressive personality was very rattling and disturbing. I'm not the kind of person who gets pushed around but she really did a job on me. When I asked about hearing aids made in Germany, I hadn't seen them listed on the laminated sheet that she was offering to sell, she pulled a random pair out of the drawer and offered to sell them to me as long as I wasn't inputted into her computer yet because she was contractility obligated not to do so with United Healthcare. (She actually did tell me that) She acted desperate to make a sale. She was attempting to make a side deal with a pair that she no longer sold or offer any kind of warranty. Talk about dishonest. Everything was so disorganized and disturbing. I ended up giving her my credit card number to pay for the pair I was buying, made a follow-up appt and returned 2 weeks later. Upon arriving 1/2 hour early for my follow-up appt, she was again behind and blaming her patients for being late. She was unable to find me in the computer and acted frantic! Brought me into her office where she found the paperwork from my 1st appt behind the computer on her desk and the hearing aids were never ordered. I had several appts and errands to go to and since she was already 1 1/2 hours behind, I told her that we would reschedule for a later time. I repeatedly told her this and each time she insisted that I stay (my husband also had an appt for a hearing test). I finally told her "When you get your act together, call me for a follow-up appt). She wasn't happy but I was determined that she wasn't going to continue showing disrespect and act as though my time didn't matter. When I got out to my car, I went through my checking account for any charges she had made for the hearing aid. She hadn't charged my account yet so I called her from the parking lot. When she answered (her lady at the desk had called in sick and we were told she wasn't doing a very good job anyway) and I told her not to order the hearing aids. She informed me that she was doing that at that very minute and I told her that if she put the charge through my bank that I would reject the charge. We never went back. "
