I had a horrible allergy attack last Friday, I had to reschedule a monthly fitting, which takes about five minutes. I was told Dr Hutch is no longer seeing patients, though not by Dr Hutch. The receptionist was new and very nice, this was not her fault. I have been going to Tanque Verde Audiology for approx 10 years, (since before Dr Hutch bought the practice), I am so disappointed that now I have a referral to a new Audiologist. Maybe I'll get my Lyrics changed yet! I thought I had a great working relationship with Dr Hutch, maybe, but not much respect. I would also like to add, I was lied to, I have been seeing audiologists since I was six. I was told they no longer had a contract with Lyric, then I received an email telling me I can get a discount on Lyrics... after I am told there is no contract. I do not recommend Tanque Verde Audiology. My experience with them recently has been horrible.
