I got the breaded shrimp and asada . The rice was delicious and the shrimp was crunchy and perfect inside !!

I ordered the breaded shrimp. And asaba. The shrimp was perfectly cooked and crunchy. The rice was amazing and the chips were really really good. The best part of this place was the service!

Carne asada burrito and order of fries. Thanks!

Holy moly. $5 burrito $2 fries turned into$13!!!!!!!!!!First time here. Last time here. How the heck does $7 turn into $10? With a $1 fee? It would have been nice if they mentioned it before swiping my card. Their credit/debit card machine is registered as a ATM so regardless of your bank account, they charge $2.50 for non approved bank atm transaction. Also this place charges $1 for debit/credit transaction. But the lady up front also charged me another $1 on top of all the fees. Plus tax of course. And no the food wasn't good. Which made this charge even more painful. STAY AWAY!

Not very good. Carne asada fried tasted like they were made in a microwave. The foam box was even melted.

The vibe here was buzzing. The place was crowded so you know it's a popular spot among the people that live in the area. I got four tacos with a variety of meats and some Horchata. The meats were tasty and they definitely are generous with the portions here. The DIY salsa bar was also pretty great. Just a great spot overall.

I arrived to my destination to eat my tacos I open up the foil and this is what I found very messy and disgusted I couldn't even pick it up to eat one because it was so so messy so I wrap them back up in the same foil and came back to the restaurant. I informed that cashier lady that I wanted my tacos redone by placing them correctly. The cooker ended up just separating same tacos and putting them in a plate I told him no that's not how you serve tacos when you have 3 different meats especially if they're in some sauce. Then another kind gentleman came and said he will go ahead and make three new tacos individually wrapped. I apologize for not getting his name Carmelo was not happy with me but either was I with him So here are some photos on how I receive in the beginning and then how I received at the end.

I've never spent any time in Fontana so this was a first experience here. Had to pick something up…read morewhich lead us to here. Rush hour is still no joke trying to get anywhere these days. Trying to find a place along the strip was pretty hard. We asked someone where to go for food and they even mentioned for us to go to Rancho if we wanted something fancy. But with traffic and going the opposite direction, that made the decision to stay. Let me say, Fontana does have a lot of Mexican restaurants to choose from. Good in a sense but bad as you don't know which one is good. We originally stopped off at a place that was recommended but from the look out front, they were renovating while the place was still open. It just didn't looked welcoming. It could have but first impression wasn't there. Hence we ended up here which was literally a minute or so from it. Theres a massive parking lot for the restaurant. As we were walking in, they do have a pretty big patio area that looks out to the lot. There's also a section that inside. We didn't know that you would have to order at the counter and the seat yourself. Found that out later. The inside section was smaller but it's where you would go if you wanted the ac. It was hot but bearable so we were ok with sitting outside. Menu, a bit of everything. Downfall, we did asked if they had happy hour as that what we were looking for but they didn't. The cashier didn't really understand what we meant but said they had it on Tuesday which was odd for one day. She probably meant taco Tuesday specials. Oh, they don't serve alcohol so there goes happy hour...lol... Food, we got an order of the enchiladas plate which came with beans and rice for a really affordable price. It was pretty filling and quite nice. I was craving ceviche but they didn't really have it but did have tostada with shrimp cocktail. It was decent but too sweet for me. That wasn't too filling so ordered some of the street tacos. They're quite small so a few were ordered. The Al pastor tends to be my go too but these were a little on the overcooked and dry side. The birria was quite nice and juicy. And lastly the carnitas, it was good and cooked well but overall the birria was the winner. Food was good so that was nice. Just didn't like the ordering first and seating yourself. They also had a salsa bar with 4 choices to choose from as well as hot beans where you can serve yourself. That's a first with the beans for me as I've never been to a place where you can serve yourself beans. Plus chips are an additional fee. Overall, the place was nice. Tacos and enchiladas were great.

Great spot with fast service, nice outdoor seating, and amazing food!…read more Got ourselves the quesa birria and vanilla churros, and it was great. Definitely will be going back for lunch and dinner
