I like their preparation for these plates, a bed of tajadas(fried savory plantain) with shredded cabbage/pickled onions and topped with protein. My plate would've been perfect if the base had more salsa with the tajadas and the chuletas were overcooked for my liking but still enjoyable. I ordered the rolled tacos (beef) they were overly crunchy and the meet I couldn't bite through. Once you bite into it and ended up pulling most of the meat out so the last few bites were just shell.
