We were the only ones dining in person but I noticed quite a few take out orders as well as food delivery orders. I ordered the Camarones Al Mojo De Ajo and we also ordered the enchiladas plate. Both were delicious with significant portions. We also enjoyed complimentary chips and salsa. Everything from the rice to the beans were flavorful and well seasoned. The red sauce on the enchiladas was so delicious we were dipping our chips in it. The staff was friendly and efficient too. Im currently on a hunt for the best California burritos in the area, so of course I had to try this place out. This is my first stop on my adventure of finding a new go to spot for California burritos. I would give this California burrito 3/5 just because it taste more like a super burrito with fries. I think they wrap burritos very nicely and tight. You don't have to worry about your food falling out the tortilla. Both burrito featured have steak. The salsa is your typical salsa nothing special but good enough to pair with your meal. But the overall experience 3/5 stars. There is also limited street parking. Might be best to order through food apps rather sit down and eat. I've been here at least 4 times and they surprise me each time. Wanted to try something new from here since I always get a burrito or nachos, so my bf and I decided to try their carne asada taco salad and regular tacos. The taco salad was our least favorite. The guac was a little brown and the lettuce tasted wilted. The carne asada was tender, but salty. The taco shell was perfectly fried and tasty. The carne asada tacos were BOMB. I dunno if the corn tortillas are homemade or what, but they sure tasted like it. The meat was salty, but the tortillas balanced it out. I also tried the pastor taco and that was delicious as well. The tacos are also big, they give you a nice portion of meat on each taco. We ordered to go, but the overall service was quick even with a bunch of delivery orders. We waited maybe 7 min max for all our food. The inside looks like your normal taqueria, you can see them cooking up all the yummy goodness behind the counter. Once again I have came here now twice and forgot to take pictures of what we had and the inside. However food was perfect, hot and flavorful, different flavors to hit the pallet subtly. The burritos we had were good and perfectly balanced but well seasoned, the quesadillas were good although my buddy had to get more cheese the second time he went( loves things hella cheesy). The nachos I went back for the next day the were good well balanced between all the flavors and the amount of stuff that gets put on it. The salsas wasn't bad. To me they needed a bit more kick but I also like things to be spicy so for the regular person it's sauced out well! The tacos crunchy and soft were all good flavorful as well. I have never had a fish taco with diced up batter and fried fish until this day and it was similar to a Baja fish taco but different in many ways as well. We got Agua frescas well there as well and a few other drinks but the horchata and the Jamaica were and are the goto for me sweet but not to sweet or not underly sweet but delicious and you get quite a bit for the price. The guy who took my order was very friendly funny too. He made sure we had everything we needed and gave us extra salsa to go as well. They do have some of the best prices around and I respect that it shows that you can compete with others with a lower price and the food to still be great and for the amount you get I couldn't beat it. The place is small but well organized and very clean outside. Pretty welcoming to come to! Very clean on the inside as well with a soft red tone to go with the design. It can be rather quiet but it's peaceful as well. I will be coming back. On a side note it is in between I believe a church and another building and can be missed if you don't look. Ordered on their website, and it seems they offer 10% off all orders above $0.50! The super nachos come loaaaaded. Tons of carne asada, pico, guacamole, sour cream, refried beans, cheese, and jalapenos. It was a ton of food that lasted more than one meal. I also added more green sauce on too for a kick. The taste was satisfying and hit the spot. Something I noticed was that the chips may have been old though? They were almost stale-like mixed with soggy because of all the toppings and maybe having been steamed in the box? I'm not quite sure what happened. Plus the fact I ordered a steak and shrimp burrito and there were no shrimp in it. Annnnd, on top of that, the meat is super salty. The tacos gobernador was one shrimp cut up per taco. friendly staff. rich flavors. decent size portions. no skimping on the meat!!! - the main thing i loved about this place is the variety in protein options. i always look for lengua & cabeza, but a lot of restaurants only have the basics (ie. carnitas, carne asada, adobo, etc). i got a super burrito, with BOTH lengua & cabeza, and they rang one of them up as no charge. the tortillas were amazing. perfect level of crispy on the outside of the burrito, and the rice was well cooked -- not so dry that it wouldn't hold itself & not so wet that it was clumpy or sticking. - they also give complimentary chip baskets with red & green sauce on the side. the only thing i might note as areas for improvement is speed of service. it was just slightly on the slower side, but understandable as we had a larger party of 7. there's also not a lot of tables inside, the store is on the smaller side with cozy hole-in-the-wall vibes. read more

Visited 3/18 at 3pm. Worst burrito. Another Yelp failure. I paid $18 for a regular veggie burrito that had 80% full of salty tasteless rice, few beans and 4 pieces of bell pepper. I paid $2 for fajita veggies, I got 4 pieces of bell peppers LOL. It was wrapped in a way that I had tortilla in left hand, rice in the container. No salsa. They dropped a tiny amount of salsa on top of the burrito. It was a DRY burrito with 15 min. of wait. Chipotle is 100% better and half price. Their school aged girl came from eating at the table, went straight to the kitchen without washing hands. How is this restaurant allowing kids to run around in the kitchen? I guess the interior is authentic Mexican. I don't know how this place is called authentic here in Yelp. read more

I ordered a carne asada mojato burrito, my wife tried three tacos (carne asada, fried pork and Al pastor). The "carne asada" was hard dry meat that tasted like burnt cardboard. Even with the stuff it was buried in, it was flavorless and generally terrible). The tacos were the same, they must have used the same meat.
