food truck was located at the end of the target parking lot in rosemead on hart ave. the service was decent, i have nothing to complain about. you get to watch the cook, make the food in front of you, tapenyaki style. the fried rice was FIRE. it was sooo good. i wish they put more meat in. i got the steak bowl medium rare and for a small piece of steak most of the middle pieces were medium rare but the little pieces on the edge were more like well done. which is understandable it is pretty pricey here so get ready to lay down a few if you come down with a big group, but for your average food truck it's a normal price. i have the pricing in the pictures attached. in terms of vibes, this is where u come if you're craving a snack before a mildly bad meal with your friends *speaking from experience* or when you're having the munchies yk? i would come back for the fried rice fs. read more

Fantastic! Ordered our food and walked to get a drink and came back and the food was ready! Super fast! My wife was holding the order and told me to feel how heavy the two containers were. Ordered the $52 Lobster Combo, when I was ready to eat it and didn't see any Lobster. I went back to the Truck and asked where's the Lobster. The Cashier told me they ran out of Lobster and doubled on the cheap Chicken. Wait I was never informed that they ran out of Lobsters or I would have requested a Refund. Also would have been nice to customers know instead of making decisions on their own. As far as I know Lobsters are more expensive than Chicken. This is pretty bad. No partial refund or even asked if I want to cancel or replace a substitution. read more

I've eaten several times at this truck and the meats are really good. The rice, on the other hand, is the complete opposite. At this point, it's 3/4 of the time that it comes out way too mushy and wet, making me lose my appetite. It also doesn't help that it's 50-75% of the rest of the plate. The chicken is usually a little overcooked and the steak is also a bit more well than what you ask for. I'm not sure if it's because they're nearing the end of their day or what, but the rice has become a deal-breaker with the prices they have now. The service is alright, and the wait time is reasonable for what you're getting. Since it's around 10:30pm that I can go, the lighting from the truck is nice. Most of the times I've gone it's been pretty chill. Although a small handful of times I have had other customers make some sort of racial comment towards me, I chalk it up to more bad luck and timing than the truck itself, though. Based on my experiences alone, I can't really recommend this truck more than once in its current state. read more

I was so hungry I forgot to take photos but for a Food Truck, their hibachi was amazing. They were parked outside the UFC gym and I ordered the Supreme. The supreme came with EVERYTHING!! Lobster tail, steak, chicken and shrimp. The young lady who took the order was very pleasant and friendly. They take Zelle and cash only which wasn't an issue for me. Pretty good size for how much we're paying (~$20 per plate depending on what you get. The boxes were heavy. At the time we went, they took cash only but not sure if they got the card reader fixed. Biggest takeaway is the garlic butter fried rice is BOMB. We were one of the first people there and watched them cook everything on the grill. You can smell the garlic butter and soy sauce immediately. Would probably try the garlic noodles next time around! read more

Ordered a Beef Plate. It was lacking some flavor, they need to add more salt in my opinion, soy sauce would've done the trick. The main kicker for me, was I Ordered 3 sides of the Yum Yum Sauce and once I started to eat my plate, I found out that it was not Yum Yum Sauce, but instead just spicy Mayo. I wish that the Cashier would have said that they don't have Yum Yum sauce, because that makes or breaks Habachi. For instance Shogun is 5 Starts for me, Tokyo Wako a 4.3 and Benihana gets 3 stars based on the Yum Yum Sauce alone. read more

This place is a food truck they're located in front of Target on Baldwin Park avenue. This place is pretty good bang for the buck. Compared to Benihana's way cheaper. They have a lot of the same items that you can get at Benihana's. I like the people that work there and the food has been really good so far I recommend this place highly. read more

There's was a couple things that led me to make this 1 star review. If I could give them 0 stars I would. So me and my wife went to the food truck and she ordered a chicken plate. We received our order and went home. When we got home she noticed they gave her a steak plate instead and they didn't give her an extra rice which she ordered. So we drive back to get our correct order. While my wife was waiting to get her correct order she heard the cook talking about her which he said to another worker joking "what she doesn't like steak" and the worker said "she's here." I get the mistake with the order but when you make rude comments like that about customers that are purchasing your food that's where I have a problem. That's what led me to make this review. Definitely won't be going back and don't recommend this bad service and rude worker establishment to anyone. read more

For the price the food was decent I paid $41 for shrimp,chicken and steak hibachi plate. It was definitely a big portion so much so i ate it for left overs the next day. The only thing I will say is my plate was filled with more chicken rather than steak and BARELY any shrimp. read more

This place is staring to get overpriced for what it is. They now charge you for the inferno sauce when it used to be free with your order. We used to be able to substitute the ginger for more inferno sauce but now they charge extra for inferno. This used to be a go to spot weekly but I'll be changing food trucks. They also charge you hidden fees and don't disclose that they charge a dollar fee for tap to the consumer. That's ridiculous!! I recommend making the drive to habachihana grill off pioneer blvd. in Whittier. Quality is better. They are more than happy to throw in 2 free sauces of any flavor. read more

I ordered the filet mignon fried rice. The meat was cooked to perfection, however it lacked so much flavor. The rice was too hard and also had no flavor. I had to add soy sauce and other seasonings.
