The tour included a tasting, but I was doing Dry January, so I didn't participate and it still felt like a great experience. Mitch did an awesome job explaining everything, including the ABCs of bourbon: American made, aged in a Barrel, and at least 51% Corn, in a way that was easy to follow even if you're not drinking. Between the tour, the class, and the overall vibe, it was a unique and enjoyable outing. I'd definitely go back for another event or class (and maybe a tasting next time!).
