Menu: Excellent Farm to Fork options with staff that knows what they are serving, menu attached. Food Prep: Well done, everything seemed perfect in its place on purpose. Food/Cook Quality: Enjoyed a 8oz filet which was truly cooked as good as it gets MR with a great sear. Some beefy competition in town but here great options but not overwhelming options. We also enjoyed the Pork Chop which was excellent. Portions: There was a lot of food, too much for us as we indulged in two appetizers, mushroom toast and Ahi Tartare, two mains, and to sides each, yea my bad. Ahi is a must. Waitstaff: From Sam the at the door greeting and seating us to our waiter, everyone was positive and well informed on the menu items and gave great recommendations. Not the lamb/beef mix that you can buy from Chicago that most gyros places all have. I decided to go for a plate so I could get the full experience. It came with salad, potatoes, a gyro, and choice of tzatziki. Second bit of luck was they had vegan tzatziki (which I prefer since dairy and I don't get along well). The salad was already mixed up with the feta, so I had a wee bit of dairy with my meal. They text you when your food is ready so you can go inside, warm up with a craft cocktail, and find a table (craft in that they lit an orange peel on fire for my drink!). Both sixes of wings were well prepared and quite tasty but were also (over)loaded with sauce. I normally expect jerk wings to be dry. The Korean wings were not so much 'sticky' as drowned in sauce. Frankly, the flavors were similar. Prices are high but that's what you have to expect these days in Bend. The wings are not small as some have suggested. Fairly normal sized, I'd say. Unfortunately, the insistence that this was intentional turned what could have been a minor kitchen error into a disappointing end to an otherwise pleasant dinner.
