In the second room where my lashes were done, i laid on a HEATED bed which i cannot rave more about. I was so comfortable as Lisa lifted and tinted my lashes (which all took about ~45mins). Lisa let me be a little chatterbox throughout the session but in my silent moments I enjoyed the ambient music. i haven't worn makeup or tired with my appearance for YEARS and having lifted black lashes adds SO MUCH. I need to go back for an eyebrow appt because now that my lashes are tinted im realizing my brows are TRANSPARENT!

I initially got my eyebrows micro-bladed for the first time in 2020, like all brow girlies. I wasn't too keen on the process and the end result (a lot of that had to do with the fact that my artist was fairly new) Flash forward to 2023, my brows are in major need of repair. I had been to Eyedo in the past and got my lashes done (which always got me the most compliments) and figured out why not have them do my brows. Im about a month post session and my eyebrows have healed beautifully!! 10/10 recommend

In all honesty I couldn't tell I got lash extensions. Not to my surprise 5 days after all the lashes had fallout. I don't use makeup around my eyes and I don't rub my eyes so yeah that says it all. 170 for lashes that didn't make a difference and only lasted 5 days!!! RIDICULOUS please don't bother coming here waste of money TO YOUR REPLY: In the past I have gotten classic lashes applied to my lashes and the longest it's taken my tech was 1hour and 30 minutes. My lashes looked amazing which made a huge difference in my eyes. And they lasted 2-3 weeks. Did you not read where I wrote I wanted to try a place closer to home. Anyhow, Your tech did not tell me anything about the 3 day follow up. And excuse me for having a busy life hence took me a few days to review this business. Regardless your products are poor and cheap. My review is honest and I don't think anyone should throw their money away. 170 is a lot for a service that didn't even last a week. Do better get quality glue or lashes idk but def not ever coming here again nor do I recommend this business To your second response: I never noted that I rub or pull my lashes I do not know what you are talking about. My old tech that is 30 miles from me would apply each lash one by one and they lasted for 3 weeks and made a HuGE difference on how my eyes looked. So your organization is not at bat with my consumers expect. Why can't you take this review as an opportunity to improve your business instead of making up lies. GROW UP! I should dispute the charges. Will look into it. Bye

I was referred to lash lounge by my best friend. She had work done there recently and I was…read moreabsolutely in love with it. I will say that I don't have experience with lashes or anything that they service here. This is my first time and I am very picky where I go, but since my best friends lashes look so amazing. I thought I'd try. This place was relatively close to me so I thought I'd stop by in person to check out there business. Service was great and booking was fairly easy. They do require a $25 deposit so I booked my appointment. I did change my appointment a couple times just because I was a little hesitant and didn't feel ready. Sometime later, I decided to move forward since I was going on a trip and really wanted lashes. so I was booked for beginning of January. Day of my appt I was greeted by front desk, and then my lash technician took me to the back. She sat me on the bed and she began to wash the lashes as she started applying the glue in the lashes, I realize that there was an extreme heat sensation and extreme pain sensation. I tried my very best not to complain or say anything, but it got to the point where it was bothersome. I mentioned to the technician that I felt an extreme burning sensation inside my eyeball so she immediately stopped and said let me change the glue as soon as she stopped a few moments later, the burning went away, but I was still very concerned because it hurt like hell. When the glue was changed, all went well. She finished my lash extension. I paid and I was on my way. The next day I left out of town and just short of a week I realized that on one of the lashes there was for lack of better words "crust" on the eyelid . I've never had anything like this before and just thought it was dryness so I applied extra lotion throughout the day. It became uncomfortable as days progressed and became worse a week later. I came back and I stopped into lash lounge and advised them and they even saw themselves. They asked if I had washed it. I said yes they said if I had bought their products, I said no I was never Advised to buy their product for washing eyelashes. They said because of the "fires the debris could've gone into my eye" which didn't makes sense to me because I wasn't in town. They did advise that they can remove them however I don't see how this would've resolved anything. I didn't ask, but if they would've removed them, would they have refunded me? I don't think so, so I was just curious as to what that would've been done at the time. I did not have time to get them removed so I said no, but I did ask if they can let a supervisor know, and they agreed that they would let the owner know which a month now later I have not heard back. I'm not saying that this will happen to everyone, but this did happen to me which is very unfortunate because a month and a half later the side that "didn't get infected/crust/"debris" is still intact with lashes and the on the other the lashes fell out including my own, so I'm a bit disappointed.
