We were told the panel replacement job would take 8-10 hrs. Lee never showed up on time to work (only on days he collected money). He would leave the job for random reasons used every excuse you could imagine why the work was not done or why he was late. He has mastered the art of making us, the homeowners feel like we were inconveniencing him. My wife or I took off each day to allow access to the property and it became a real inconvenience to our professional and personal schedules because of his time management skills. It took Lee 3+days to complete a job he bid at 8-10 hrs, working until midnight on a Friday before we asked him to leave. Here is the kicker. Lee scheduled the final inspection and he specifically told us that he would be on site for the inspection... Well, he was a NO call, NO show. His work FAILED inspection! He did not answer any calls from us or the inspector. When we finally got a hold of him the next morning, he was quite upset. Irritated that we would call him at 8am on a Friday ( he claimed it was his day off). He had the arrogance to be upset with us and tell us that the City Inspector had no clue about the codes and he had no idea what he was doing. So, Lee stated he would NOT return to the job and address the issue that did not pass inspection, unless we paid him an additional $400 to cover his time. We respectfully decline his offer. I sent Lee Palmore a text stating we would report him to L&I, the Contractors Board, the City and any other agency we could think of. Lee quickly called us back and quickly changed his tone. He offered to come over right away to do the correction at no cost. We also declined that offer. Our family's safety and peace of mind is too important to allow this type of person, one who lacks integrity, back into our home to do any type of work. We no longer trusted or believed in his business practices. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to hire another company, who charged us $500 to address the correction needed by the inspector. 24/7 Electric arrived early and finshed the work in 30 minutes. We passed! This was our personal experience with Palmore Electric, so take what you want from our review. A business license and a shiny work vehicle does not guaranty you honesty or integrity. Please proceed with caution and chose differently.

The estimate came in at a good and fair cost... but I was really assured by Pat's knowledge and game plan for the repair. Green Lake scheduled the repair within a week. The day of, the electrician was right on time and started the work right away... I left for the day and when I returned the job was done with solid work and looked sound. The inspector came out and nitpicked two things that were minor fixes... so I emailed Green Lake the inspection report and photos and they sent someone out to do the fixes. He replied within 30 minute of my original query, explained his pricing, and sent Josh out the next morning. This one was a tricky one, since the wiring in my house isn't exactly standard. Things are wired together in writers and unexpected ways. It took two visits and a second ejecting to find the problem, but we found it and got everything fixed. Along the way, Josh also pointed out a couple of other things that were not right and that I should deal with. (I got him to do it) Now, my right is working again, and I will be asking Kelly to do more work for me. Competent satisfied with the work.
