My son and his friend were having a joint 8th party at a part, and the boys wanted a bouncy house. But not ANY bounce house - it had to have a slide, a basketball hoop, and the ability to send humans into space. Sort of. EJ had the best reviews, and got back to me right away. His rates were super fair, and there were no hiccups from start to finish. I packed a couple of foam balls for the basketball hoop, but EJ had brought a ball as well - just in case. Nothing about the package includes a ball, and I thought that was so kind. It would be so easy to forget one. Setup on time, clean up on time, everything was spotless, everyone had a great time. First he gave me a great recommendation on where to place the jumper relative to my party set up -on such a large field. He was on time. Celebrated our son's 1st birthday this past weekend and had EJ Jumpers as one of our vendors. First off, EJ is such a wonderful, polite, man. We communicated over the phone and through email and he was just sincere and very professional. We went with the package deal, and because one of the items weren't available, he let us substitute it for extra chairs and tables. Talk about working with your client! When it came to the actual party, I like the fact that he called ahead to let us know that he was on the way. When he and his sons arrived, who are very polite by the way, they greeted us first which we liked, had a lil conversation, then set everything up with ease. Jumper, tables, and chairs were great the whole day. When they came to pick up everything, they were prompt. But because we still had a few guests there, he allowed us to keep the tables until we were done with it in which we were able to drop off (foster city to san mateo not for us). Not many vendors allow you to do so, so that was a nice exception he made for us. Overall definitely satisfied with his service and will ABSOLUTELY be using them again. Process is quite simple: I email (although you have option to call), I get a call back confirming reservation, cost, date, etc. I get another phone call the day before the party to re-confirm, they arrive, CLEAN the jumper...now, I have rented other jumpers from other businesses and don't see this happen all the time, and I'm so particular about cleanliness especially with the kiddos so this is a hUge plus. The jumper smelled really really bad, like mildew or mold. It almost seemed like when it was deflated, it was left outside possibly? Def didn't smell clean or look clean.
