This review is long overdue. My son's birthday party was last summer and I wanted to have a small party in our backyard due to the pandemic. I found Eric per family recommendation for a jumper rental. I was pleasantly surprised that Cosmo also has rentals for tables, chairs and canopies. I needed all of those so I was happy to rent them all together from the same company. Eric was quick with providing a quote and communications via email. He asked for the dimensions of our backyard and found a jumper that would fit our turf area. On the setup date, he brought another jumper-slide combo just in case it would fit. It didn't but it was fine because we still had a jumper. He set up all the tables, chairs, canopy and jumper. He showed us how to inflate it, which was just a matter of plugging it in. He also wiped and sanitized all the items including the inside of the jumper. All the kids, especially my son enjoyed the jumper very much. We were able to keep the rentals through the weekend and got to enjoy them without additional cost. Eric came to break down everything the following Monday. He was quick and efficient. Prompt and professional service. Setup was quick and easy (which they did) Price was very reasonable. On time for drop off, which was extremely important, considering it was for a kids bday party. I only wish they would've communicated with me more after setup to get exact details of when they'd be back, also, before they left, after tear down. I wasn't able to tip them or thank them for their service. I had tacos and a tip for the workers, but they bounced immediately w/o word, I didn't even see them leave. You have to reserve through their website and they get back to you via email or phone rather quickly. Pricing is super affordable too. Absolutely wonderful service. We had the worst experience with Bay Area Jump for my sons birthday so a few weeks later I decided to order from Cosmo to make it up to my son. His own jump house for the day. It was last minute and Eric was so accommodating. He even brought a bounce house with a hoop to make it extra cool. He was on time, and really friendly. I contacted Cosmo jump for a jumper rental and Eric was so accommodating for our very last minute request. They have such a great selection of items, it was almost hard to pick! It was a joy to rent from Cosmo Jump, one of the easiest parts of organizing a recent birthday party. They were friendly, took care of the permit side of things as we were using the jumpy in San Carlos parks. They arrived when they said they would, then set everything up and even though we finished a bit early, they made sure to get there so we weren't hanging around. Their prices were reasonable too. Whomever runs this business is rude. I called for a quote thinking it was the business we've rented from frequently the past that was able to provide jumphouses on the same day we call. The man that answered the phone seemed really unprofessional. To top it off, I asked if we were in their database because we were trying to figure out if this was the place we usually rent jumphouses from. He replied that he wasn't at the office, which was understandable, then continued to ask which jumphouse we were interested in. I told him the standard jumphouse and he quoted somewhere around $180. I was like "ohhh, I thought they were previously &130?" Again, thinking this was NorCal Jump(couldn't recall the business name at the time of this call) Instead of being even slightly polite and saying "no, that's not our price. It's usually $180" he goes "nah that's not the price my houses go for. Goodluck" and hung up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional, not like the other company at all. You'll find a better deal and less attitude elsewhere. read more

Eric is fantastic to work with. After reading reviews from several different party rental places, and requesting various quotes, I felt most confident in going with Cosmo Jump. It took Eric a little while to get back to me initially but that wasn't an issue as I had contacted him a few weeks before my kids' birthday party. He was the one business owner who got back to me regularly and took the time to answer my questions at length. He was also the most transparent. I'm not going to lie, his response to the one bad review is what sold me. I saw that should anything go wrong the day of my boys' birthday, Eric would work to make sure it got sorted out and that we weren't left hanging. Everything went smoothly thank goodness and a large part of that was thanks to Eric. This is a real family run business. Everyone at the party commented on how nice things were and how great it was to have seating and shade for everyone. My kids spent all day in the bounce house until it was time to take them down. Everything was super clean and put up and taken down quickly. Eric was punctual as well. We will be going with Cosmo Jump for any future events. We were so happy with the service that they provided. One of the worst things someone can do is not show up for a child's birthday party when that child was super excited for a jumper. What a low blow. If I could, I'd rate Cosmo Jump a negative 10. They came to my house the day before to see if they could set up the jumper and the water slide- wasted 25 minutes of my time. They confirmed the waterslide and jumper would fit. They even made us move patio furniture around. Mind you it was super heavy. They guaranteed a 9am to 10 am delivery time the next day. We waited hours with a no show. My husband and I didn't leave the house to run errands for the party thinking they'd show up. They never called and ignored my phone calls and text. Very unprofessional. If you'd like to get stood up and have a very sad child on his/ her birthday than call Cosmo Jump. Reporting them to BBB. How could you do that to any child Cosmo Jump?!? read more

I rented a jumper w/a slide for my sons Bday party this past weekend and was so happy with Eric. From the beginning he was very quick with responses and answered any questions I had. He was also very accommodating when I had to make changes. I called an hour before we originally planned to have the jumper picked up & asked if we could have it extended an extra hour and was no problem. He was on time for the delivery time so my son and my boyfriend had time to play before the party started. I also appreciated they cared about making sure everything was set up nice & clean before leaving it for us too (I've been to parties where they dropped off dirty jumpers and this was a relief). Working with Cosmo Jump was amazing. We had a park jumper birthday party planned for my very excited 5 year old. It was during the Northern California fires and the air quality was all over the place the week leading up to the party. Eric was incredibly flexible and patient and let me decide the day of the party if we would do the party outside so we could get the jumper depending on the current air quality (due to the unusual circumstances it was very much appreciated). Fortunately the air quality and weather cooperated and he was very timely on both ends of the delivery. He was friendly and even threw in a couple extras. The jumper itself was excellent and he had just the banner my daughter wanted. His sweet family was there to help with setup and takedown and I was happy to support a small local family business. This was a wonderful experience and I would recommend Cosmo Jump to anyone looking for a jumper. read more
