It was such a hit for our group of friends because we have a lot of kids that are 1-5 years old. The guys showed up and put together the space really quickly. I didn't realize there was a giant beam in the middle of the space where I wanted the play area and the crew was able to work around it, which I really appreciated their flexibility. We did have a bit of a hiccup with the breakdown of the event because the crew confirmed with the wrong person when they were supposed to come down to take it all down, so they ended up showing up an hour late. Thankfully there wasn't an event after ours so it was all good. Overall really good experience and it was the best value in terms of set-up that I found in the area, so would definitely consider them for a soft play set-up again!

I found Eric per family recommendation for a jumper rental. I was pleasantly surprised that Cosmo also has rentals for tables, chairs and canopies. I needed all of those so I was happy to rent them all together from the same company. Eric was quick with providing a quote and communications via email. He asked for the dimensions of our backyard and found a jumper that would fit our turf area. On the setup date, he brought another jumper-slide combo just in case it would fit. It didn't but it was fine because we still had a jumper. He set up all the tables, chairs, canopy and jumper. He showed us how to inflate it, which was just a matter of plugging it in. He also wiped and sanitized all the items including the inside of the jumper. All the kids, especially my son enjoyed the jumper very much. We were able to keep the rentals through the weekend and got to enjoy them without additional cost. Eric came to break down everything the following Monday. He was quick and efficient. This is not their first rodeo, so they knew what they were doing and were able to help us move furniture around as not to completely ruin our trees. The bouncy house was huge with a bball hoop and slide inside. It was big enough for about 12-15 5 year olds - it was quite massive. They were professional, quick and easy. My five year old and his friends had a grand ole time, although I didn't realize that bouncy house for five year olds is the equivalent of fight club/mma cage fighting, but, hey, what doesn't kill ya makes ya stronger.
