Ray came out right away and provided an estimate. His workers came out and fixed all the holes and did a great job. I contacted Pedro Stucco to get a quote to remove EIFS from my 5,500 sf home and install real…read morestucco. He arrived 30 minutes early. He immediately asked why I wanted to remove the EIFS which seemed odd since it is well known that it is a defective product and all the original manufacturers have gone out of business due to the massive number of lawsuits. I told him that I wanted to get a quote to determine if I wanted to spend the money myself or deduct the cost from the price of the home when I decide to sell it. Amazingly, he did not want to take the time to provide a quote for a $100,000 job and left! It is obvious that Pedro Stucco refuses to provide quotes and expects their customers to give them a blank check. Don't waste your time contacting this lazy contractor!

Despite getting caught up with a work call and delaying my photos, I received a very reasonable quote within 15 minutes of contacting Omega Masonry via their website. Impressively, they managed to obtain a picture of my mailbox themselves. This all took place on the afternoon of July 1st, and they followed up promptly the next day to schedule the work for July 5th. On the scheduled day, they arrived exactly on time. During the job, they uncovered a severely rusted mailbox interior, which wasn't part of the original quote. They immediately informed me and worked with me on a price adjustment for a new mailbox insert. The technician then proceeded with the masonry work, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I know it may sound overenthusiastic for a mailbox, but this has been a pain point for years. The technician was polite, explained the cause of the leaning mailbox, and even my mailman complimented the new setup! The entire job was completed in just 3 hours.
