From our very first meeting, Tom demonstrated exceptional professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail. He took the time to visit our home, carefully measure the space, and listen to all of our ideas, wants, and needs. Throughout the design process, Tom offered numerous creative suggestions that enhanced both the functionality and appearance of our kitchen. Tom provided us with detailed CAD drawings that incorporated everything we discussed, along with several innovative ideas of his own. He was always receptive to our feedback, maintained a positive attitude, and consistently demonstrated a genuine commitment to making sure we were completely satisfied with the design. Once fabrication began, Tom and his team built our custom cabinets with outstanding craftsmanship and completed the installation on schedule. During the installation process, Tom continued to offer creative solutions and improvements that further elevated the finished product. The final result exceeded every expectation we had. Our new kitchen cabinets are absolutely beautiful, and the quality, fit, and finish are exceptional. Not only do we love our new kitchen, but family and friends continually compliment the cabinetry and ask who completed the work. We wholeheartedly recommend Tom Miller and Miller Cabinetry & Millworks to anyone considering custom cabinetry for their home. Finding Jeff and his WCO team was the miracles of miracles this summer!!! I can't even begin to…read moreconvey how highly I recommend Jeff for his responsiveness, professionalism, personal attention to detail, and excellent prices. Here is how we found him: My wife and I originally made a deal with one of the big, national companies that constantly offers "half-off" promotions on their junk mailers (side note: it's not really half off, they just artificially double the price and then reduce it to the same rates Jeff originally charges). Anyway, on the day of installation for our two master bedroom closets, the National company shows up late with the WRONG plans and the installer blames me for the misunderstanding. Their dispatcher has no idea where my order is in their system, and the supervisor was a condescending jerk. So my wife and I fired them and started to frantically call every other big brand-name installer in LA, only to be told that the earliest available appointment would be mid-October!! It was unreal - our closets were completely gutted and our clothes were spread all over our spare bedroom. Fortunately, we found West Coast Organizers via this very Yelp page and appreciated the positive reviews about Jeff. When we called the number, Jeff personally answered the phone - no small army of dispatchers and customer service reps; just one man running a small, local business! I was so relieved to talk directly to him and not have to press 5 different menu options and be on hold for an hour. Jeff came over the very next day, took measurements and reviewed the concepts the designer from the National closet company made. He pointed out many mistakes, including that the closet design would have blocked the access panel to our master tub and that several feet of top space would have gone unused. Jeff gave us an estimated installation date of 10 days. He called 7 days later and said everything was ready, so he installed both of our closets 2 days earlier than expected!! Jeff's work is flawless. We can't wait to get him and his team started on our next project.

TLDR: Hire this man…read more Found Ali on Yelp to install our kitchen cabinets after our first installer proved to be uninterested in helping find bespoke solutions to the challenges presented by our design. Ali responded very quickly on Yelp and provided what seemed like a good price. I realized that buying cabinets myself and hiring Ali to build and install them would cost several thousand less than the other installer was charging to do everything, and I'd have a better kitchen for it. Ali did a great job with our pre-fab cabinets, and he also built us a custom range hood and stained our floating oak shelves to match. He customized several of our cabinets to accommodate our needs, and always provided a fair price upfront for the additional work. He's been doing this a long time and his experience and knowledge were always helpful. It's clear that he enjoys the challenge of finding creative solutions, rather than dismissing them as "too custom." Everything turned out wonderful and we get a lot of compliments on the hood. Ali was the best contractor we worked with during our renovation. He spent a lot time in our home and was always friendly and professional. If I'm nitpicking, occasionally communication was hit or miss. But the same was true and worse for every single other contractor we worked with during the renovation, so this is just par for the course I guess. And it certainly wouldn't prevent me from hiring Ali again. He's a good person who cares about doing good work, and not only did he stick to his original quote (plus the extra work we'd added), he actually deducted small things that ultimately didn't need to be done which I would never have noticed or brought up. Definitely reach out to him and see if he can help you with your project. Thanks Ali!
