First and foremost, they have a drive thru! Thank you for that convenience. There was a line but before I knew it, I was at the window paying for my food so the service was quick. The restaurant does sit in the back of a large parking lot so there is plenty of parking if you do need to go in. I ordered the pork sausage and cheddar egg sandwich on a cheddar and jalapeño bagel and it was soood. The bagel flavor definitely made the sandwich. The cheddar cheese on top and the pieces of jalapeño...superb! I paid an extra dollar and change to add a hash brown. I really didn't care for the hash brown; it just wasn't my cup of tea. It had a very mushy texture to it and tasted bland. I could taste a hint of cheese but that's about it. I tried adding ketchup but it didn't help. I've been to this location a few times. I haven't been back yet this year and only started going to this location last year. I didn't even really know about the chain prior to last year, so I'm still figuring out what I like from the menu. I prefer this location to the Duluth one as the drive-thru makes things pretty convenient, even if there is a bit of a wait like some mentioned. I've ordered on the app all the times I've come here without any issues. I like the rewards program. I had gotten something free on my birthday for signing up. So far, I like the twice baked hash brown, the sesame bagel with onion and chive shmear, the iced coffee, and the All Nighter Egg Sandwich. I tried the Nova Lox bagel, and it was definitely not for me. Cold salmon, tomato, and capers combo just didn't mix well for me, but it was worth a try. All of the staff I've encountered have been very polite and friendly. I'll be back to this location for sure. read more

Service is lacking here and they don't seem a bit concerned. In the past I've waited an excessive amount of time only to be told we are "short staffed". Today was totally disappointing because I waited only to be ignored at the counter. I left after 5 minutes of standing there without a greeting and took my business elsewhere. Shame on you! Einstein has been open for a while now but I completely forgot about its existence. I stopped by recently to check this spot out and was kind of disappointed. Parking: Plentiful! Location: Ok. The interior is decently sized and there's bar seating too. They have booth seats along the far wall with outlets as well as regular table seats on the floor. One thing to note though, the tables and floors can be really messy/dirty. When I visited, the tables were not cleaned and there was trash on the floors. If more attention can be given to the seating area, that would be nice and more pleasant to visit. Service: Good. We came 30 min before closing and only ordered one thing. Overall, this is an OK spot to study. The prices are aligned with Starbucks down the street. The upkeep and cleanliness would be the main reason for me not to return. read more

Went to Einstein Bagel at the Tucker Location Monday, June 7th @ 11:30am (check the CC Feed, corporate ) , 4324 Lavista Rd Unit D-103, Tucker, GA 30084, with my pregnant wife and toddler. We were ordering breakfast, and seemingly unprovoked started being berated by one of the lone team members. I suspect she might have been hitting the pipe before clocking-in, as she greeted us screaming and displayed a code-red level of belligerency, stating to myself " YOU NEED TO LEAVE! I SAW WHAT YOU DID! YOU NEED TO GO, NOW!" She apparently abandoned the line to come up front to yell "I saw what i did!," but failed to actually articulate what she thought I actually did, besides belligerent and babbling. We were in the location for 60 seconds. I took a photo of "Sous Vide Eggel" display, as I have celiac disease , and want to document EB's Gluten-free options for future reference. I then took another photo of my wife while she was placing her order. It was around this time, the team member on bagel making detail ran to front with her wild accusations about sexual assault. You see, according to her "there had been a creepy man who came in the past taking pictures of women's backside!" Naturally she assumed all men must moving forward must be sex-craved perverts who take unsolicited photos of women's butts, and must be publicly shamed (is this company policy?). Even if her perception of reality was true, which it wasn't, this is an unacceptable way to exercise "customer service" or play-out your social justice role-playing fantasies were you avenge injustices against all women. It's worth mentioning, this woman who I suspect was off her meds, wasn't even the manager, despite promoting herself to judge, jury and executioner of imaginary sexual assaults committed against women she fabricated in her own mind who meed saving. Turns out the actual manager was passive, meek geriatric who was hiding in the back fondling bagels, and claims to NOT heard the heated altercation. When ask to begrudgingly do his job, which I imagine is to "manage" and de-escalate conflicts , he dismissed the incident and informed my wife "you can't film on private property." Case Closed! No apology, no acknowledgement of any wrong doing, condemnation of his lone, unhinged team member, or any desire to resolved the complaint. His management style seems to be burying his head in the sand , letting the inmates run the insane asylum, and dying a slow, painless death while being a gutless, COWARD who avoids conflict and hides behind company policy. When you go to Einstein Bagel social media page, there are many examples of people both taking selfies in the establishment, posting pictures of the food, and tagging the Einstein Bagel. Maybe, Einstein Bagel, does have a policy were customer are forbidden to take photos on their premises thats not clearly posted on the premises , but this started with one of the employees accusing me of being a wanton pervert because I took a photo of my wife? Its worth mentioning, this took place in front of our child. My wife is WHITE and I'm BLACK, so maybe this incident was racial, as this deranged team member made many gross miscalculations that morning. There was many ways to deal with her wild prejudices, but she choose to act one assumption she was defending the honor of victimize women being photographed by their husbands. Maybe they should consider conducting random drug test and possibly a customer service work shop at this location, because I suspect a couple of the staff members are definitely self medicating by hitting the pipe, due to the inept management. With that being said I am a sucker for their bagels and luckily their are plenty of options to choose from when they don't have my go to. Their iced coffee last visit was disgusting and really broke my heart. It tasted burnt and a little watered down. And having asked for caramel it didn't really taste like caramel. This store has reappeared messed up or left items off my online orders. Today was the last straw. Their customer no-service from drive thru girl, Destiny, was appalling. She literally so she didn't give a sh*t about Einstein Bagel, and it showed by her lack of civility in her conduct. I had placed an online order and paid for it through the app. Apparently, the staff was in such a hurry to leave the place, that they locked the door BEFORE their posted closing time of 2:00. After the cashier in the front refused to give me my food BEFORE 2:00, I went to the drive thru to ask to speak to the manager (Randal). Either he left early, or didn't feel like doing the manager's job of dealing with customer, but he was nowhere to be found, leaving Destiny, who obviously has no employee loyalty, to handle a job WAY to complex for her. I ordered the all nighter bagel box online. Maybe because each location does it differently but the one I bought from Decatur, GA it lacked flavor versus the first time I've tried it at the airport. Also, I was not given any cookie and soda that was supposed to have came along with my order. Out of the four items I only received 2 of it which was the hash browns and bagel. Hash browns lacked flavor as well. I could taste some potatoes but it needed more seasoning/salt. Possibly will try again at a different location. read more

I have the same order every time I come here. 9 out of 10 times it's wrong when I check it. Today the bagel was toasted after I asked for untoasted. It gets cold and soggy in the bag because I don't eat it right away. So today when I got to work and pulled the bag out, my bagel was toasted and cold and soggy like eating leftover toast :-( I'm tired of always getting the wrong order. Also, maybe more importantly, a roach crawled out of the bagel bag. I guess he didn't mind the cold gross food. So no breakfast for me. It's strange to me when a staff representative is standing near the cash register, sees a customer approaching, and continues to do what they're doing without either greeting the customer or just acknowledging that they will provide service shortly. That is customer service 101. The staff were very interested in talking to each other and seemed bothered when customers would approach. There was a lot of standing around, instead of checking to see whether condiments needed to be refilled (they were empty) or if the bathrooms needed to be cleaned (the ladies' room was disgusting). This was probably one of the worse experiences of my Einstein's journey from the past six years. Not only is this a huge disappointment because this is one of their brand new stores that had opened up in Tucker and the only one I might add. Efficiency and productivity is lacking tremendously at the store. I ordered a six cheese bagel this morning with garden veggie on the side and a vanilla white chocolate mocha. The bagel was tremendously over cooked and cold and hard by the time I received it and they forgot my drink which made me have to go back to the store just to receive it without my receipt. This store needs a lot more training with their employees on efficiency and productivity. This is the closest store to my house only be in within a five minutes radius. That being said I will not be returning here anytime soon. I would rather drive 20 minutes away and go to a store that is much more efficient clean with better tasting food, Then go to a restaurant that's within walking distance from my house with this type of quality (lack there of) food.
