First we walk in & there's a huge grouping of people at the counter because online orders/delivery orders aren't being placed on the shelves. We finally realize it's our time to order & the boy at the counter, Jaylen, was super unfriendly, mumbling so bad we could barely understand him & looked like he just rolled out of bed. Good bagel breakfast sandwiches and good coffee! Stopped in for breakfast and enjoyed the all-nighter as well as an egg & cheese on an everything bagel. Both were toasted and tasted good. Could improve in many ways. I think the service is just ok, bagel selection is fine, and prices seem a tad bit high If you have ever been to a NY or NJ bagel shop set your expectations really low. When I got back to my house to eat, I opened the box and to my surprise, there was no salmon on my lox bagel. I drove back to the store, showed the box to the manager, and asked for a refund. I'm really not sure why their rating is so low! I love their breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and of course their bagels. I feel like the workers there are super friendly! During busy hours, there might be a little wait, but they all work fast and hard. I'd recommend coming in earlier whenever you want their Monday dozen bagel deal because I think that's when they have the most selection. I don't think I've ever had a problem of them running out of something I want. Overall, great service and food! They have an app you can use to place an order and/or earn points-- so fun! The store looks run down and empty. Tables and carpet are dirty. No one is sitting there to eat. No customers other than the 10 people waiting forever on line to order. Looks like it mostly a mobile order place now as no effort is made to make the inside look like you would want to eat here. There were 3 people preparing food and one taking orders and getting items such as loose bagels for customers. Management of this store is very poor. The bagel sandwich wrapping was terrible. When I got my order the bag was dirty with cream cheese and other counter items were stuck to the outside of the bag. I had to clean my hands. The "hot" breakfast sandwiches inside were lopsided and the paper wrapping had cream cheese over them. The sandwiches were lukewarm at best. I also ordered a lox bagel. For $10.49 the lox sandwich was not at all satisfying, onions capers and cream cheese were all over the paper wrapping and the other items were just falling out of the bagel because it wasn't placed properly. Gone is the box they used to use and now it's just the gross paper wrapping, which would have been fine had the wrapping been done properly and not dirty with cream cheese everywhere. Poor wrapping, poor food, poor presentation. We spent over $30 on bagel sandwiches and honestly we all felt a little grossed out after eating it. Never again. On a Sunday at around past 7am went to get 2 dozens bagel for my group meeting and did not check the boxes prior to leaving store. When I got to the meeting venue, realized the bagels does not feel freshly baked at all. I had a great experience with this place ordering in bulk a few years back so I was surprised. I can dig it. The bagels with butter or peanut butter, are an occasional treat. This isn't the healthiest breakfast, but might as well have carbs here and there. At least they taste quite good. The service is quick and efficient here. I definitely like the employees. They do have a number of bagel choices. There are a few other food items too. What does disappoint is the coffee. Picked the kid up from a sleepover and she was hungry so we stopped me to see what we could see got breakfast. We opted to split an Applewood Bacon and Egg Sandwich on a plain bagel, toasted of course.... no complaints, everything was tasty. Egg was cooked well done, bacon was crispy and the plain was good as a plain bagel can be. Next time I may switch it up a bit and get either a French Toast bagel or a Cinnamon Sugar. Don't let the lone scare you, it moves quick! Service was fast and efficient and everyone was super friendly. Parking lot is super small but there are spots in the back too! I love this place. I get the "Nova Lox" bagel (cream cheese, salmon, capers and onion) and it's yummy (PS I'm from NYC). The hash browns are off the hook! It has a relaxing environment, sometimes they're a businessman in here and right now there's a table up to where the guy has such a great laugh. The music is medium to low, there is plenary of seating and the staff is wonderful and friendly. I don't know if this matters to the reader (you) but there is a bulletin board up where I presume you can post information. Will try to post a pic. My only negative is that there is no military discount (which is popular in this area). Highly recommend. read more

Obviously, I am not expecting to find good bagels in Springfield, or even at this bagel chain. But the bagels are not horrendous - not too big, good variety of flavors, though most are too salty for me. The lattes are way too bitter. And I needed somewhere that I could get a bagel with lox, with a mocha latte. My issue is with the staff. For the life of them, they cannot figure out my order, which I think is pretty simple. "Toasted bagel with a little bit of butter and lox." This usually requires repeating a couple of times. None of the staff are friendly, and today, the cashier actually put his hand up to me when I was telling him what I had ordered. I will not be back.
