I ordered an iced green chili white mocha, which was excellent and had just a little bit of spice. When I was waiting for my drink, people were also working remotely within the coffee shop and it's probably a great place to catch up on some work. If you are in the Pueblo area, I highly recommend stopping by this coffee shop. It was an easy stop as I needed caffeine for the rest of the road trip.

Got up this morning all set to go enjoy a fresh Einstein Bros. bagel. We arrived to see several cars parked outside on the street. Good sign. There was a fabric sign on the railing in front: 'Open to the public' Great!. Then... First sign of potential disappointment was that the windows were all dark. Finding the door was a small chore, around a corner, not where we expected. Then, the door was locked. No sign of life. We peeked in through the walk-up window. We could see the equipment inside. All cold and dark. No hours were posted anywhere on the business that we could see. If they had changed their hours, it should have been reflected on their web site or on their page here on Yelp. So no good review from us. So, no Einstein Bros. bagels for us. I don't expect we'll try again.
