Called for a delivery order, lady who answered immediately sound like she was having a rough morning. She relayed that I need to pay with card because they were going through 3rd party delivery. I proceeded to ask if it would affect the price she then replied as if I was stupid for even asking such a thing! Service was terrible today as I ordered through the App for Drive thru then waited in line for twenty minutes 15 minutes at the window with no acknowledgment from any of the 4 staff I watched talking inside. It was not busy in the store only drive thru. 4 cars waited behind me ... when the girl came to the window she said $25 something for your order ... I said No I have a pickup order from an online App ... she went I got my order... I asked who the manager was and she told me Erin or Aaron no idea if it was a male or female manager but this falls on the manager for not emphasizing customer service and accurate orders. I was given the opportunities to sample twice--one via a credit card deal and the other from a Jimmy John's (JJ) reward. Both to-go. I went inside an empty restaurant around Saturday noon during the first time, then used their drive-through the second. My sandwiches were the "#10 Hunter's Club" on wheat and "#11 Country Club" on a baguette. I don't see what the purpose of this sandwich chain is. They serve cold cuts, and other common ingredients, on two available-anywhere types of breads. There isn't anything special or unique and any decent supermarket deli will be able to whip up something comparable but with much better value (for example, Publix Deli, which is featured throughout their Southeastern U.S. stores and where JJ also has locations, will give JJ a humiliating sandwich beatdown). This location has nice corporate interior design and clean looks, which mask the true deficiency (the food). It's just another pointless "eat the decor" establishment. No wonder they dish out generous discounts and promotions, in order to sell ordinary sandwiches. read more

The Jimmy John's on N. ElizaBeth St. has a manager that is rude and not customer friendly. He cusses about customers that are on the phone or in store. He does not train his people well. I've been to that location three times, ordered the same sandwich and it is never made the same way. I also asked for a kids sandwich and was told it was the Little John...come to find out after I paid, there is a kids sandwich ($4.99). Placed an online order at 12.09 was on app said order placed and received 130 comes around I called to check on order said they didn't have any drivers until 2 and that they tried calling but I have no calls showing they did asked ok I'll replace the order they said they can replace it manually if I can pick up I said sure showed up 25 min later said they were still working on it only had two people working 1 drive thru 1 front that's when I know they forsure didn't even bother calling they were way to busy id say bad scheduling and employee management waited until 2 05 and then they had 4 additional people then walk in to help oh and the delivery driver showed up too you typically need that around lunch rush and due to fair in town you would think you'd add more people or have them in earlier read more

I normally don't write reviews, as I am also in the food industry. I understand how detrimental reviews can be. But Yesterday I was a bit disappointed in the order I received. I requested for Mayo and Mustered packets to find none. Also I requested for extra cheese on my boyfriend's turkey sandwich. To find extra cheese on my veggie sandwich instead. I love Jimmy Johns for the tastefulness and the quickness it gets delivered. But please for next time please re-read the orders for accuracy. read more

I like getting lunch there because the sandwiches are very good and usually fast. Even through 2020 and the first of this year 2021. I was impressed that there didn't seem to be any changes there even when the other restaurants were all scrambling. Lately I have noticed that the short staff excuse is everywhere. In ordering my lunch today the person at drive up was very nice and as I sat and sat and sat watching the vehicle in front of me not move for at least 10 minutes and the small bag they received was nothing to warrant the wait. I then drove up and paid and waited yet again 10 more minutes for my one sandwich and was told sorry for the wait we are training the staff on the correct sandwich making..... AT LUNCH????? I realize you have to train but then as I opened my sandwich I realized it was not correct and I have lost half my lunch hour waiting already I do not have patience for a retry. as I drove out I checked and the indoor dining area was empty so that means it took 20 minutes to make approx. 2 sandwiches and drinks. the person in front of me and mine. I am usually pretty patient but WOW this had to be brought to your attention. 12:30 on a weekday afternoon you should have more than 1 trained individual. Managers know peak hours and days and should plan accordingly to insure training your new staff does not send customers elsewhere. read more

Here's a good one... they list a regular version of a sandwich and then the slim version. Slim only has the meat and cheese, nothing else. So I ordered a slim but asked them to add mayonnaise. Clerk said they would throw some mayonnaise in the bag. I said can't you just add it to the sandwich instead? He said they can't do that on the slims. I asked if they add it in the regular version and he said yes. So I asked why he couldn't add it on a slim. After stammering for a minute he said they just can't do that. So I was literally beside myself with laughter but I ordered a regular San with just mayo which he eagerly made. At the window I asked him if anything about this situation made any sense. I've never seen a more blank look on someone's face! Scary to think someone who is normal enough to work, make change etc. has such stilted brain function. Common sense awaits you someday my friend and JJ, if you indeed have this policy, could YOU please explain it to me? read more

My experience wasnt as good this time as the First couple of times i went a few things i gotta nitpick here one my mom ordered a Sandwhich with Turkey on it the person that gave the order was confused as to what she was talking about Denied the fact that they had turkey but said they had bacon Instead which Didnt make sense to me cause ive looked at their menu before and hardly ever seen Bacon in their subs 2nd their Sign that says in order to serve you better U need to speak Clearly sounds like an insult to me Cause for 1 thing what if the Cutsomer has a mental Illness, Deaf, or A speech Impediment and 3rd thing is the Delivery Service they claim that they are Fast and only Deliver within their area of a 5 Minute Radius so if your business is located nearby the Southside Walmart or in that Area you're fine but if youre located elsewhere than No Can do No offense i aint preaching to the Choir here But there are a couple of things id like to change here in order to help make improvements for Customer Satisfaction read more
