First, the location is great right next to a big beautiful walkable tree shade covered park. Nice big covered patio seating area and several different inside seating areas as well. I was greeted promptly by the friendly employees who took my order immediately. Unfortunately they were out of quiche so I ordered the avacado toast and a veggie sandwich with The Nikki coffee. Coffee was out in 5 minutes, delicious and not overly sweet which I appreciate,, with food to follow in another 5 minutes. The business is clearly conscious with the type of packaging they choose which I also apprecite. Great local business! Super cute shop with locally made art and goods for sale as well as games and entertainment for diners. Also, I am not gluten free and the bread is delicious to me. Will recommend and return to try the quiche and lunch menu.

It's a shoot to see if they have food on hand. You never see a manager walking around. The manager doesn't know how to prepare for the day's food. Always shorthand. Recommended? No. Village Inn and Cracker Barrel has better food and you know the menu will be stocked. I'm done coming here. Since we hadn't been here in five years, I mentioned to our waiter how much I was craving a bowl, and he went out of his way to make it happen. That level of service alone made the visit memorable. I also ordered the Velvet Smoke mezcal cocktail, and wow, it was exceptional. Smooth, perfectly balanced, and not too strong. The smoky notes were present but not overpowering, and the nixta slate liqueurs, or heat and bitters brought everything together beautifully. Great service, great drinks, and a team that's willing to go the extra mile. Definitely worth the stop.

I asked the bartender of it had Bailey's or something in it and she said, "yes". I pointed to the menu and noted that the menu didn't say anything about Cream. She said, "That's the way I make it." I asked her if she could make it like the menu and she said, "Yes, but it won't taste good." I asked her if she could make one with just a little of the cream liqueur, and she said, "Are you going to pay for other one?" I was like, "What the hell?!?! You make the drink different from the description and you expect me to pay for it?!?!?" I don't know if that's a Colorado thing or something, but I wanted to just walk out. This bar sucks.

Even though it took a little bit to get all my orders in, I was happy they brought it out all at once. At least I didn't have several plates waiting to be brought or picked up. Came with 2 plates. The portion size was the right amount and the sushi didn't crowd the plate. I also ordered an ice tea and I can't believe how big the cup was. At least 24 oz. Cons: Really no big cons. Price was a little high with tip, so be aware that it can get pricey. Even for 1 person. Recommended? Absolutely. I'm not going to try the other sushi restaurant that got ok reviews.
