Einstein Bros. Bagels is one of my favorite spots! They have great sandwiches, fresh bagels, and really good coffee. Their customer service is top tier, and the employees are always very welcoming and friendly. I love coming here with my family, and I definitely recommend this place. If you're a rewards member, Mondays are the best because they have amazing bagel deals. You just download the app, register, and scan it every time you visit to earn points and unlock deals. On Mondays, a dozen bagels without cream cheese is only $9, and a dozen with cream cheese is $15. The deal is valid for one box only, but it's totally worth it! read more

I would like to mention that I've been coming to this Einstein's bagel since the day they opened in Pembroke Pines. Being in the car biz even painted the store owners car at that time. For many years, I stopped going there cause I was trying to cut out the bread. Anyway, only to return a year and a half ago to buy a dozen bagels every weekend. I'm not a complaining person. This is the first review I've ever written in 65 years but more times than I would like to see the bagels are burnt, way too small, way too big, air pockets through out the dough where you can't even put your topping on right. I give a dollar tip on a $14 order of bagels every time. Don't get me wrong. They're not bad every time but it's been 60-40. It gets expensive to buy a dozen bagels and 40% of the time they have a problem. Just saying if the manager doesn't know, they can't fix the problem. I will continue to go there, and hopefully this message will get through. Sorry to do it to you guys, but I'm a retail business owner and if my customers don't complain and tell me what's going on, I can't fix the issues. Years ago we loved Einstein. What's not to like about huge, authentic bagels available at locations near you in south Florida? Within the last couple years, we started noticing the bagels looked to be about 2/3 their former size. My tiny wife used to need to stretch a single bagel across two meals, and recently finds she's still hungry after one. I need two myself. Now they've found a new trick--take a look at the air puff packing foam now passing for a dense, chewy bagel. They've still managed to double prices in a couple years, however. Somehow. They've also begun denying patrons who don't order ahead on a phone app the deals they've received as loyalty club members for years. It's a special favor when the cashier allows you to give a phone number or other identifier instead of going that route. Everytime I come here I have to watch every worker type in the order and make it because they WILL make an error with the orders. This experience was too unacceptable, I had ordered 2 bagels and they both came completely wrong. One was supposed to have ham in it but came with salmon instead, not only do I have a seafood allergy and couldn't eat my order, the salmon had HAIR on it. The other order didn't have cream cheese on it. I ordered 2 cold brews the same but they looked completely different and one of them had a sour taste, I always get the cold brew and it has never tasted like this. There's usually never coffee ready so you have to wait for it to be brewed. Sometimes it seems as if the system is very unorganized as we have to wait longer for coffee than the food and in this case both orders were incorrect. The worst Einstein! It's been a month and I haven't resolved the issue I had with Michelle (if that's her real name) an employee that works at this location. The order was wrong she yelled at me after I asked if she could fix it and she yelled at me saying NOPE, you need to go back in line. She looks like she doesn't want to work there so I have no idea why she is still there. I'm fact she has stated she wanted to go home when she turned around and was talking very rudely. I wouldn't support this location anymore so my husband went in for me one day and he encountered the same problem with the same employee. My order is always wrong with something but I usually just take it or ask to correct it and the other staff members usually do it with out a problem. That's not enough to write a bad review about even though it is annoying when you're is wrong. There was a guy there and he looks afraid to even handle her rudeness. I emailed Einstein about this when it just happened a month ago twice and no one has responded, (so Robert the "manager" DO NOT ask me to email Einstein unless you want to speak to me personally and fire that employee because Einstein does not respond back to the email at all) I even went on Einstein Tik tok and stated what happened in the comments, I was told to DM them so I went to Instagram and messaged Einstein. I have been writing comments about the horrible service with this location on Einstein's posts, stories and on Tik tok comments. I will take this location down and won't stop at it until that employee is fired and they get better service with better people in the Silver Lakes, West Pembroke Pines location. THEY NEED EXTENSIVE TRAINING! I lived in the location for 20 years and frequent that Einstein in Silver Lakes and never experienced the disgust that I have experienced until now. If you buy a gift card, you cannot add the balance of the card to their mobile app. That used to be the case that they did but they've taken away that functionality. I often times give and receive gift cards, but cannot use them on the way to Einstein's. I offered time to go elsewhere because of this lack and loss of functionality. I try to avoid this location if at all possible. They always run out of bagels (especially for sandwiches like the All Nighter) and don't bake more like the east Pines or Hollywood stores. As previous reviewers said, the lox sandwich comes with one slice of lox per bagel put atop thick sliced tomato (presumably to hide the small amount of lox given). This time only 2 slices of salmon, red onion cut gigantic, too much cream cheese and tick tomatoes slice. And I ask the lady for more salmon, I explain it was the first time I had it like that. So she say may be other place in Weston are mistaken. Really?? They try to put tomatoes to blend in with the salmon, so it look a lot. So disappoint. We will never come back. Cheap place. All fresh. My nephew got a cinnamon sugar bagel and it was very good and soft. The only thing I didn't like was the floor. It was not even and with my heels I almost felt. This is one of my favorite places to get bagels. The staff is helpful and friendly, the prices are reasonable, and there is a good selection of bagels -- most are standard bagels that you will find elsewhere (plain, wheat, cinnamon raisin . . . .), and the others if not exclusive are definitely not found everywhere (six cheese, jalapeño cheddar, spinach florentine. . ..) They do offer more on the menu, although they all involve bagels: food like, avocado toast, egg, turkey, tuna and a few other sandwiches are on the menu. Among these options are menu items suitable for vegetarians. . .vegans, not quite. I usually order to go, but there is limited seating indoors, and a few tables outdoors (bistro style). Weekends are packed and it isn't unusual for every table to be occupied, so bring two people -- one stands in line and orders the food, and the other claims a spot that becomes available and secures it. I was raised on decent bagels from neighborhood bagel joints in whatever city we were living at the time. We didn't have any bagel chains that I can remember. Just point me in the direction of a local jewish deli and I'm set... unless of course I am in a rush and need to grab a quick bite and need a spot to sit to rummage through some papers. Einstein to the rescue.... Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Simple menu. Fair prices. Friendly faces taking orders and prepping my food. I ordered a couple bagels toasted with nothing on them (yeah yeah, I can be a bore sometimes but I like simple things). Asiago cheese bagel was excellent and cinnamon raisin bagel was good, but the asiago cheese bagel stole the show. They offer plenty of spreads and sandwich toppers, as well as bagels offers (such as a bakers dozen with your choice of two containers of spreads for $14). They also had specially coffees beyond the normal cup of java. I went with the regular cup of joe; which they have a self serve area with various coffee blends (decaf breakfast blend, light and sweet for me). The bathroom was clean enough, but tight is an understatement. Be careful not to get bumped by the door opening if you are at the sink. I got walloped by an incoming bathroom guest. The staff was very friendly... and honest I should add. I paid with cash, got my change and sat down to wait for my order. 5 or 10 minutes later I was sipping my cup of joe when the guy behind the counter came to my table to apologize and said he realized he accidentally shorted me a "quarter" and handed me my missing spare change. Not a lot of money but a huge appreciation of his honesty and apology. I still prefer a traditional bagel shop but Einstein worked well on this day. For the safety of you and your loved ones, refer to my pictures for the gelatin, slimy, alien like yellow blob they consider 'egg'. I've always loved Einstein bagels and continue to try and give them a chance with their grub, but this was me and my husband's last and final straw.
