Side view bacon egg cheese with spicy pickled peppers on butter. toasted sourdough with hash browns
    Michele C.

Last time I was there, over a year ago, I was disappointed by the time it took to get service and the food, although it was clean! The food was salty enough to be inedible and by the time they paid enough attention to rectify it, my companion had completely finished their meal. I declined another choice. By that time, I lost my appetite! They did take that off the bill and gave me a $5 coupon towards another visit which was redeemed today. Went today with a family member because of proximity and time constraints, hoping for a better experience. We were not disappointed. We ordered the bacon, egg and cheese with pickled spicy peppers on grilled sourdough with nicely seasoned hash browned potatoes from the seasonal menu!We ordered a blueberry lemon cornbread to share for something sweet. It came to the table freshly baked in a skillet with an ice cream scoop sized lemon zest butter ball on top! We both had to take 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 potatoes home with 3/4 of the lemon blueberry cornbread. All great for another meal for 2! Service was great! They have officially redeemed themselves!

At first I felt overwhelmed because As soon as we entered three employees approached us and were all talking at the same time. I got to my seat upset because was all that necessary at 9:00 am with no coffee in my system?! lol Soon after our waitress came to our table. I started with the hot coffee they serve at the table, in my opinion it wasn't that great but I didn't have high expectations for the free coffee they offer. I then ordered the honey caramel crunch iced coffee and I thought it was good. My boyfriend ordered an iced cold brew coffee and he did not like the taste at all. He told our waitress about it and she recommended another option. He liked the recommendation better than what he ordered at first. Our waitress was attentive and our food came out fast. I tried an item from their fall menu the honey chipotle chicken hash and this was delicious and a big portion. I would come back every fall season just for this item! We also tried the carrot cake and pecan pancake, this was soooo delicious.I had never seen this option before and I'm glad I tried it! This is a great location for breakfast dates and family gatherings. Usually there is a line going out the door but we were lucky when we went on Sunday and we got right in. There is a wait list you can join online, which helps speed up the process. Overall, this is a great breakfast spot.

I went with the Eggs Benedict--salmon, hollandaise, the whole artery-clogging romance. The sauce was silky, rich, and unapologetic. They serve Coke products (a civilizing detail), and that alone keeps me coming back. Halfway through, the power goes out. Lights off, kitchen in the dark. Lesser places would have folded faster than a cheap card table, but not here. The staff didn't flinch. Plates still landed hot, glasses stayed full, and Sarai--our server--never lost her smile. Friendly, calm, and sharp as hell. She's the kind of person who makes you forget you're dining in a blackout. Bathrooms? Clean. I check. Always. It's a thing. And they passed. The Million Dollar Bacon wasn't on my order today, but you'd be a fool not to try it--it's basically brunch candy with a side of regret. Eggs Benedict in a blackout, Coke instead of Pepsi, and Sarai running the floor like a pro. What else could you want?

A good family breakfast service brings everyone together to enjoy warm food, friendly conversation, and a positive start to the day. Freshly prepared meals like eggs, toast, fruit, and hot coffee create a welcoming atmosphere where family members can relax and connect. Smiles, laughter, and kind words make the table feel special and comforting. A well-served breakfast shows care, love, and appreciation for one another. It helps build strong family bonds, encourages healthy eating habits, and sets a happy tone for the rest of the day.

Stopped into First Watch for a late breakfast and went with the Farmhouse hash which is my usual go to. Everything on the plate worked so well together. The eggs were cooked just right, the bacon was crispy, the avocado added a fresh touch, and the seasoned potatoes brought it all home. The atmosphere was relaxed, the service was friendly, and it was just a great way to ease into the day. First watch is always a solid choice.

LOVE THE BIG PORTIONS... Been to several First Watch locations and love the iconic rustic farmhouse decor throughout. FOOD: Veggie omelette, buttermilk bisquit and potato wedges. TASTE: Eggs were good and the bisquit was wonderfully fluffy with a smear of sweet raspberry jam. PARKING: Plentiful STAFF: Server Maria was nice, well attentive during our breakfast. SEATING: Interior and large outside patio. PORTIONS: Massive PRICE: Under $15.00 MENU: Breakfast & Lunch. Pancakes, Waffles, Salads, Eggs, Mimosas. AMBIANCE: Old southern charm TIPPING: Optional BATHROOM: Clean with shiny black onyx colored tiled walls and faded nickel faucet style hinges on the mirror continuing the farmhouse vibe, which are nice added touches even including a baby changing table. This location was spacious and allows customers a glimpse into the open concept kitchen. If you yearn for big portions at a reasonable price then this place is for you.

On my recent visit here I decided to go with their 2 for You in which you can get your choice of two of the following: A half sandwich, A cup of soup or a 1/2 salad. I decided to get the tomato basil soup which was mmm so good and the half Cobb salad. All I can say is if that was a half salad I can only imagine how big the full size salad is. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and my friend who got the 2 for You with the half Monterey club sandwich and tomato soup also really enjoyed her meal. Due to an error with her order she ended up with a half Kale salad as well, which she said was very good. The service was good and our server was very friendly.

This is my first time in a while coming to First Watch and I remember it being a lot better. We got on the waitlist about 20 mins before and only waited like 10 mins when we got there. The service was honestly very good but the food was ok. I got the avocado toast and it was good but not the best I've had. Tasted the ham and Gruyère melt and pancakes and they were also ok. We also had the biscuits and gravy and we didn't like them at all we thought maybe the gravy was old. We did let the waiter know and he kindly removed from our bill. We felt bad but it was that bad. Everything else was ok. Not sure if I will be coming back.

They were supposed to be over medium and they were extremely cooked.

I was a little disappointed took my daughter for breakfast on her B-day they took us to our table after a while while many of the waitresses were standing around talking I had to ask one of them if there was anybody available to take care of us my eggs came wrong ask for sugar waited long time the restaurant was not busy and I actually enjoy eating here. I was a little disappointed today. I hope you guys keep up because you're very impressive when customers are acknowledge.

Mother, my sister and I went to First Watch near Walmart (near Pines and Flamingo. ) Our Host greeted us with a bright welcoming smile. The restaurant was freezing . Probably due to newly upgrades to the AC. We asked if we could dine outdoors. Aikeem Reid moved furniture and placed us In the shade. and could not have been a more accommodating and pleasant. He was helpful and continued to check on us throughout our dining experience. Our server was Marie. She was delightful. The food was delicious. Overall a GREAT EXPERIENCE

placed an online order for pickup, and they charge a mandatory 10% tip. 10% for doing their job--which is cooking. They're a food shop. I'm doing pickup. Why the tip? They charge for packaging, which is totally fine, but the tip... for whom exactly?!

Food was good and the service too. The only thing that took very long to arrive were the drinks. We didn't get our drinks until after we started eating. Also, I think the Benny needed a little more Hollandaise Sauce. It was very loud in there which is to be expected, especially with the restaurant being full. Overall it was a good experience.

If you have kids, the outdoor seating is perfect because they can run around the plaza while you relax and eat. It makes it a lot less stressful than a typical sit-down restaurant with little ones. The lunch menu might be better, and there are a lot of people coming to check this place out, we saw lots of big groups and kids and dogs it's in a good newer residential area, however these details are important when the item is called chorizo bowl, with little chorizo, and avocado toast with little avocado. The tables are a bit too close to each other so trying to navigate having a stroller next to us was a bit uncomfortable. Our waitress came, brought water which was lukewarm, not iced. The food was average at best and overpriced I ordered the brigadeiro latte which did not come hot as a latte should, it was half cold and for almost $10, not worth it. My sister in law ordered the Ham and cheese croissant, which again for the price of $16 was not worth it-I've had better at Burger King. I ordered the bacon Benedict which was just alright, you can tell they don't use high quality ingredients, definitely not worth the $21 price tag. What really surprised me was the included tip for a table of 2. All in all we spent over $50 for the two mediocre plates and one coffee. I will not be back there are plenty of other spots in the area who welcome women with children and offer better food, service, and drinks at a lower cost.

After waiting 35 minutes for my latte, I finally had to go ask about it myself. There was no apology, no acknowledgment, just "we'll make it." After another 5 minutes of waiting, I noticed the cashier remind the barista again. She eventually brought the latte to the table, dropped it off, and walked away -- no "thank you for waiting," no apology, nothing. The service was great--staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of. The ambiance is also really nice, with a clean, trendy setup that's clearly going for a Southern-style brunch vibe. They definitely nailed the look and feel. They also offer a military discount, which I appreciated. Just a heads up though--a 20% tip is automatically included, so keep that in mind when you get the bill. That said, the food didn't match the experience. The menu leans heavily into Southern-style comfort food, but it ends up being too heavy and a bit overpriced for what you get. Food Breakdown: * Chicken & Waffles (5/10): The waffle was actually really good--great texture and flavor. But the chicken threw me off. It was cooked, but the inside had a pink color that made it hard to enjoy. On top of that, there was way too much paprika, which overpowered everything. * Banana Bread Latte (10/10): This was . Easily the best thing I had. Super flavorful, smooth, and perfectly balanced. One of the best lattes I've had. * Cinnamon Rolls (4/10): Not terrible, but inconsistent. One had some type of filling while the others didn't, and overall it felt like it was missing a glaze or sauce to tie it all together. * Potato Chips (10/10): Surprisingly one of the highlights. Fresh, crispy, and packed with flavor. * Pancakes (2/10): Fluffy texture, but the flavor was off. It tasted like a mix of vanilla or banana, and once you add syrup, it becomes way too sweet. * The Daily Grind (Egg Plate): * Eggs: decent, nothing special * Sausage: had jalapeño inside but tasted dry * Bacon: thick, hard, maple-smoked flavor--not great for breakfast (would be better on a burger) * Biscuit: not bad, but a little dry (4/10) Overall: Great service, good ambiance, and nice perks like the military discount--but the food just didn't deliver. It felt too heavy, overly seasoned, and inconsistent, especially for the price. Final Rating: 3/5 Saved by the latte, chips, and overall experience--but I probably wouldn't come back for the food.
