I asked for my Hash Browns to be well done and since I intended to not only douse my steak with gravy, but also those Hash Browns and my Biscuit, I ordered a large side bowl of Sausage Gravy. We both had coffee to drink. Eddie's serves Segafredo® Coffee, which is icing on the cake! Everything arrived timely, hot, and fresh! Since we both were pretty hungry by the time we arrived at Eddie's, we made quick work of our meals as we pretty much raced one another to the finish line! Everything tasted great and by meal's end we were both stuffed! As we both thoroughly enjoyed our food, we left nothing behind! We rarely go out for breakfast or brunch, but we are glad Eddie's is so close by and very happy for the good food quality, so when/if we do decide to eat out for such, we can choose Eddie's. Of course by then he doesn't want anything made in the kitchen. My waffle and ham was good. Coffee was great but never offered refills even after the hair fiasco.
