I…read morestopped in because I was gonna grab some bagels and I like to look at there dessert boxes that they have that is usually a deal on a couple different pastries. I walked into the store I wasn't greeted, but I walked into the counter. I looked at the pastries and still no one said anything to me. I looked up to see the two people behind the counter scrolling on their phones, and I could see a shot into. I guess their kitchen area behind the counter where that person was also scrolling on their phone. In my mind that is terrible customer service. The fact that they didn't greet me or asked me what I wanted as I stood there was so rude. But they didn't even realize I was there probably because everybody was scrolling on their phone. Very disappointed. And it wasn't like there was a lot of people inside. There was a small group of three people that look like they may have been waiting on food. Makes me question customer service with businesses nowadays. I left without getting anything.

Con's: wasn't much steak in it and it was more small pieces of cheesesteak style meat cooked into the eggs. Sausage, egg and cheese on salt bagel. Con's: lack of salt on bagel and not much sausage. It was also cooked into the eggs. Jalapeño cheddar bagel with plain cream cheese. Overall: I would recommend to any bagel fan! I usually stop in once a week and grab a BEC or SEC on an Everything Bagel or a Jalapeño Cheddar Roll -- both are excellent. Every now and then I'll go with the Nova Lox, which is outstanding. What led me to finally leave a review today were a couple of their recent specials: the Asiago Everything and the Rosemary Parmesan. These absolutely need to become everyday bakes. I went on a Saturday and it was crowded in the best way you can tell this is a place people genuinely like and come back to. I got a bagel sandwich and a plain bagel. I'll admit I made a bit of a weird combo (that's on me), but both were still really good overall. Price was fair and affordable, which always helps.
