Made an online order, get there to pick up and the "pick up" area is empty so I had to wait 10 minutes to ask someone at the register for my single bagel. Mind you she was helping someone , 5 minutes pass and helps another person and another 5 minutes passed and she finally helped me. I said i have an online order, she says "like catering?" Mmm no just an online order that i made online... "so like uber?" I said NO an online order i made using the app ...Asked her why they don't use the pick up area, she says "sometimes they do sometimes they don't". Doesn't make any sense. I have to wait forever to pick up a single bagel because they don't always use the online pickup area... Time before this I waited forever AGAIN. When the manager had 10 bagels in his hand he came out and started calling out names. Why not just call them out as they're ready so people can grab and leave.. I can confirm there can be multiple people waiting to order and the employees are running around in circles. This place is so unorganized it's frustrating. Visited this Einstein Bros. location around 7:10 a.m. today. The store was not busy--only one other customer--but there were at least five employees on duty. When I approached the register, one employee was chatting with a friend and didn't notice me waiting. She then walked away. Another employee behind the register was slicing bagels and did not acknowledge me either. When I asked if I could place an order, I was told she couldn't help because she was busy cutting bagels. I eventually asked for the manager, who did take my order, but the overall experience felt slow and inattentive, especially given how lightly staffed the store was with customers at the time. This location would benefit from a consistently visible on-site manager ensuring employees are attentive, properly trained, and aware of customers waiting to be helped. Disappointing experience for what should have been a quick morning stop. read more

I ordered a tasty turkey on an asiago My bagel was very sloppy and the lettuce was very old. The turkey was not even placed straight on the beagle I had to reset up my bagel in order to eat it. I've noticed this location has gotten very, very sloppy! They were out of stock of a lot of their drink as well as their spreads. There's a lot of employees playing around instead of paying attention to their service, especially on Mondays they must not have a manager or supervisor on duty. read more

Just horrible. Both breakfast sandwiches were not just a tiny bit off but so completely wrong that I felt attacked. Could it have been ageism? I ordered a bacon avocado tomato that came with no avocado and no tomato spread. The Santa Fe was a clump of bacon on a cinnamon sugar bun. (Heavy orange cheese on both) I was starving and on the way to the emergency room so I ate them. 0/10 do not recommend. read more

Service is great, I always get bagels here for office meetings it is great. This time I decided to get the all nighter sandwich to get a little bit more protein. I notice a light grey discoloration in the eg. and I looked up why that is happening. Basically it could be due to high heat or the eggs are a little old with the high heat. Enjoyed a really nice quiet breakfast at Einstein this morning. I love the franchise. This was my first visit to this specific location and I had no problems of any kind. The dining area was nice and clean. The customer service was friendly. The service time was a tad bit slow if I'm, being honest, but I didn't mind. Placed an order online at 11:49am to be picked up at 1:00. I get there at 1:05 and my order was not ready and I'm told that 4 of the bagels I ordered was not available (why was I able to order if it wasn't available?) ok so I pick a different flavor(she told me that they're being baked and should be done in 5min) meanwhile half of my order is sitting in an open box by the cash register. I finally get my order at 1:30 take it home to eat it and bit into a glob of raw dough! DISGUSTING! Also I asked for my bagels to be sliced. They were not. The differentiating factor is how you resolve it and Azreal not only handled it the right way but showed even while they were extremely busy they can still do the right thing! Every time I go they get my order wrong. I checked the bag this last time and it looked correct. I get home and I have the wrong spread. Do I need to take a bite out of my food before leaving to make sure it is correct? Usually I take the L and throw it away. This time I couldn't take it- I drove all the way back. I will confess that it has been a while since we've been to this Einstein's Bagels location; however, from the moment we walked in I could tell the ownership had change but we decided to stay and order anyway. The service was horrendous, the trash cans were overflowing, coffee had run out, the counter was filthy. All of it while there were employees chatting it up by the cash register. How hard do you have to work to screw up a bagel? Well, we quickly found out. We ordered bagels double toasted with extra cream cheese; we got burnt bagels with regular cream cheese. Also, where was Wesley??? He was a staple at this location and helped the place run smoothly. Additionally, he was always happy and friendly. I ordered 2 dozen bagels online at 10:11 AM. It was scheduled to be ready by 12:20 PM. I arrived at 12:30 PM to pick them up. I was told that they didn't have the order ready and it would be at least another 30 minutes to prepare. I told them that I ordered these bagels over 2 hours ago and this was not acceptable. I then said to cancel the order and give me a refund. The person working the register went to the back to speak to their manager. When he came back, I was told that I need to contact customer service to get my refund since I ordered online. The manager did not have the decency to come out to speak with me. I sent off a request to customer service regarding the refund but did not receive any acknowledgement or anything as of yet. Next stop, will be to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. Very poor service. WIll not be back. read more

This particular location is pretty reliable. Located in the busy parking lot on Eastern, you will find an open seating area and a high top seating area with outlets to do electronic stuff. Not USB ports but outlets available. Best time to go to avoid mad rush is early like 6 a.m. it gets really busy around 9 a.m. Sign up for their rewards program if you get lots of bagel and coffee for work. Favorite go to items are the All Nighter, Nova Lox, and pizza bagel. The All Nighter is super hearty with eggs, aioli and bacon. Nova Lox is a classic with smoked salmon, onions and capers. Get it on the everything bagel for flavor contrasts. Service is usually fast, so be prepared to order. The atmosphere is not quiet. Upbeat music plays in the background and people are in the background chattering away. Overall, one of my go to spot for a hearty breakfast to go or office catering. read more

First time patronizing this location. Will never go back. Entered the store and went to the ordering counter - was not greeted by any staffers and was ignored for close to 5 minutes before a staffer came over to take my order. The staffer made a mistake on my order - no big deal. When I went to correct the order (and offered to pay extra for what I wanted) I was treated very rudely by one of the staffers. Then the staffers began to argue with me that I failed to place the correct order, which is ridiculous as I know what I ordered. Then another staffer who was not involved in the order then chimed in that "she witnessed the entire conversation regarding the order and that I was wrong." These staffers acted like I was trying to hustle them for free food and that I was an idiot for not placing the order the correctly. Totally unacceptable customer service! But it gets better. There was a homeless person asleep at one of the tables. Next to this person was a shopping cart or wheelchair piled high with junk. Add to this there was no ice in the soda machine and the area around the soda machine was filthy. What a disaster at this location. Shocking that a national chain like Einstein Bros could have such rude employees and low standards. read more

Einstein fan for life! My friend and I stopped in to this location to get some coffee and she needed a quick snack. We're both very health-conscious eaters and she didn't want a full bagel so she got the bagel thin sandwich with egg, white, avocado, and some veggies. Not sure what the name of it was on the menu. Astor who took our order was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were making jokes, and she was quite humorous herself. She was very helpful with the ordering process since my friend had never had the bagel thin sandwich before. I am a coffee, lover, and Einstein has some of the best coffee in town if you ask me. Way better than SB. There was a young man named Wes at the register who was quite funny also. Our total was 14.92$ and he started singing the Christopher Columbus song " sailed the ocean blue in 1492" When he gave us the total we joked about how much history he knows to be able to remember that date. All of the staff were incredibly helpful friendly and we had great customer service. My friend really enjoyed her egg white bagel thin sandwich and we both loved our coffee! The only thing that kept me from giving a five star review was every table had crumbs, a little bit of trash or something left over from the previous customers on them. Not the biggest deal but that's what kept this from being a five star review. Certainly won't keep me from coming back. Einstein coffee I love you so much! read more

While the food may taste great at Einstein bagels, its rare they have in stock the bagel u want. The last 3 times I ordered on line they did not fulfill my order. No call, no email, no text, just go to pick up the food I ordered and they greet me with "oh, we dont have that bagel in". I order my bagel in the am before work so to go pick up food for a long day and its not ready is very aggravating. I strongly suggest not going to this location I was going to, 215/Rainbow, hopefully there's better luck at different locations. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review but I'm seriously over rude behavior. Normally I have amazing service here but today we were helped by a woman we don't normally see (Asian/African American possibly) didn't see a name tag. Went in to get fresh a ready boxes for my employees but there weren't any. Normally we pick what we want and are out the door fairly quickly. Today we were snapped at and told boxes are pre set. What's changed from last week and the week before? The only difference here was this woman. Raises her voice at my husband for asking to swap bagel flavors and he said no it's fine if they are now preset, rolls her eyes and walks off. Slams our order on the counter and walks off. No napkins, knives, bag, nothing but attitude for doing her job. Then screams across the room as we are walking out "I hope you have a blessed day!" In a rude tone. Lady, you need an attitude adjustment and some SERIOUS customer service education. Nobody was rude to you. You should be ashamed of your actions. read more

Went in to order a bagel. Five people behind the counter, no one acknowledged me at all. Stood for about five minutes and decided to use the restroom. When I say that this was one of the grossest public restroom I've ever been in, I'm not kidding. I was in the restaurant in the morning and it appeared like it hadn't been cleaned in days. There was urine all over the floor, poop splatters all over the toilet, paper and used paper towels all over the floor. Inexcusable. Decided I shouldn't eat there. As I walked out, someone actually made eye contact with me so I politely suggested their bathroom could use a cleaning. An older female employee with glasses responded super rudely to me. As (almost) always, another five-star experience today. I'm always so happy when it is Wes who greets me and takes my order. He is, in my opinion, Employee of the Year, every year. My order was perfect: Asiago Bagel, not toasted, jalepeño salsa; two Santa Fe Sunrise sandwiches with one Egg on Asiago Bagels; small black Coffee in a large cup; and a container of jalepeño salsa which Wes had to bring from the backroom. I can't tell you how often other bagel shops (especial the Einsteins on St. Rose Parkway) will toast the Asiago Bagel within a minute of me ordering it "NOT toasted." Spoke with the Manager for a minute; I praised Wes. One concern/complaint: I couldn't get out the "exit" door AND there was no sign on it. I had to squeeze between occupied tables carrying my large self, my big purse and my take-out bag of food, in order to get to the "enter" door. That needs to be addressed ASAP. I drove home down St. Rose Parkway, nibbling on the untoasted Asiago Bagel, as I passed the horrible Einstein's location. I still drive past the bad one to get to the good one. read more

I had an issue with this location 3 years ago. It's the closest bagel place to my house so I thought I'd try again this time. Went in person and ordered two bagels, one with extra shmear and one with strawberry. Multiple people who ordered after me got their order first. They gave my order to the wrong person and then staff loudly started arguing about it which was uncomfortable. When that customer brought the order back, they tried to give it to me twice and I had to ask for them to make new ones. When i finally got my food, it had did not have extra shmear and no strawberry. The bagel was also soggy. I hoped 3 years had made a difference but obviously not. Wasn't even worth the energy to interact with this place again to try to get a $10 refund. Also $10 for two bagels is crazy. Strongly recommend NOT going here. read more

Great staff still, but a fallen stars for the wasteful, environmentally unkind coffee bar redo. No more thermoses for half n half, instead now they have the tiny cream cups. No more quick pour sugar jar either. Paper packets. There were grounds in both coffees I tried. I'm no fan of crunchy coffee. And a question to the people: am I the only one tired of being asked if I'm a rewards member at every place of business? Everywhere you go you're pressed to join a special club and/or fill out a survey. Paner is the worst. When I said no the girl looked at me as if I had just murdered a puppy. This is by far the worst Einstein I've ever been in. I was standing at the counter ready to place my order when an employee told me that the lady at the register would assist me. So instead of helping me, he went on to take the order of the person behind me. I waited at the register behind 3 customers while the customer who arrived after me placed his order, received his food, and was out the door. Einstein, do better. read more

I was craving a bagel sandwich, so I hit up Einstein since it was close by. I have not been here in a long time. I walked in and there was no signage as to where to order. It was confusing as there are registers on both sides of the long counter. The register to order is to the right (FYI). I went there and no one was at the register or greeting me. I waited for several minutes wondering if I was in the right place. Eventually, a lady came over to take my order. I ordered an egg and cheese on a poppy seed bagel and an iced coffee. I was handing her my credit card, and she said that I pay on the other side. So, I went to the other side to pay. I waited for someone to come over, but no one came by. Eventually, I got my food and then paid. I found this process strange. Why not just take payment when I order, so I can get my food and go? My iced coffee was hot coffee pured over ice, so It was completely melted. Is this how they do iced coffee? It is so hot in Vegas now, I prefer iced coffee. I hope this is not how they normally serve it. As for the bagel sandwich, it was very average, nothing special at all. The staff here seems so unhappy and stressed. It made me feel uncomfortable. It was not busy in the store, but maybe they have a lot of door dash type orders that is making them stress out. I am not sure, but the vibe in this place is way off. I hate to write negative reviews, but the management at this store needs to help their staff out and see if they can improve the moral.
