Upon entering we were met with the cutest sci-fi / star wars themed room. I immediately noticed that they are inclusive to all, and appreciated that deeply. I ordered an iced pumpkin latte with oat milk, and my boyfriend ordered a black and white frozen latte. We would both rate our cof drinks a 7/10. I feel mine would have been better if I got the cold foam but I was worried they couldn't do that with oat milk. We also got a bagel and some beignets. The bagel was good, the cream cheese comes separate in a container and you spread it yourself. Beignets were also decent. The barista that helped us was kind. We will be back since I wanted to try " The Froth Awakens".

With that being said, I ordered at the drive thru and took my food back to my hotel room to eat. The speed of service from the time of order placement to receiving my order was awesome (about a five minute or less wait) considering the speed of service at other fast-food restaurants in the area. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken & Bacon Flatbread Pizza. The flatbread pizza was an excellent choice. There could have been a little more chicken and bacon on the pizza, but it was hot, fresh, and very tasty. All the ingredients complimented each other, and the toppings were adequately distributed across the flatbread pizza. The bread was perfectly baked, the grape tomatoes were fresh, the fontina and mozzarella blend tasted very good, and the garlic cream sauce did not overpower the other flavors.

A woman who took my order in the drive thru stopped taking my order mid sentence to yell at her coworker that she liked the song that was playing in the car that was next to mine. I was also alerted that there would be no fries tonight as they were out. I was frustrated and left. I came back the next evening and, to my surprise, there was only one lane open. I was told that it was to help make closing easier. How does having one drive thru lane closed affect the speed of closing? Anyway I place my order and am let known that, again, there will be no fries this evening as they are out again. I'm frustrated again at this point and say "Wow, two nights in a row no fries". And the gentleman taking more order says "Yeah, you gotta get here earlier if you want some fries". I've NEVER been to a CFA that didn't have fries and I've NEVER been spoken to by an employee at a CFA the way that I have been when I come to this location. It's so bad that it honestly has changed my opinions on Chick Fil A as a whole. I get worried going to other locations that it'll be as bad as this one.
