Went for a friends birthday and I got the garlic cheddar breakfast sandwich! It was so so good!! I got an iced latte 1/2 sweet with brown sugar cinnamon syrup. I stopped in here for lunch with a friend on a Saturday. They were fairly busy, but we were still taken care of and able to grab a table right away. I ordered the Baja Chipotle Turkey sandwich on Parmesan Pepper Bread. The sandwich was tasty, but it seemed too peppery and since it was the first time I had tried the Parmesan Pepper bread, I couldn't be sure if it was because of the combo of sandwich seasoning plus the bread, or one or the other. I did decide that I prefer their other breads I've tried so I won't order the Parmesan Pepper again, but may try the sandwich again. read more

The best bread and sweets in Lake Charles. The cinnamon bread is chock full of cinnamon and sugar. OMG delicious! Their cinnamon rolls melt in your mouth. They offer different type of savory bread and dips as well. The spinach and sun dried tomato bread is amazing. Combine it with the Mediterranean dip and it's heaven! Recently had their king cakes as well and they don't disappoint. The blueberry and cream cheese is spot on! The cream cheese is amazing as it's combined with cinnamon and it's just decadent. we were traveling through Lake Charles and wanted to stop for healthy lunch and noticed Great Harvest. i had been to great harvest in maryland and it was really good and healthy so decided to try it again in lake charles we ordered the grilled cheese, veggie sandwich, grilled steak sandwich, and salad. while we were there we then added the pumpkin chocolate muffin, lemon blueberry muffin and sandwich loaf. the veggie sandwich was really good with excellent bread and tasty ingredients; the glazed carrot salad was also very good, the grilled cheese was decent, and the southwest salad was alright. the muffins were excellent and so was the sandwich loaf. overall a tasty and healthier lunch option read more

The food was great, but I hope that COVID doesn't travel via food. Only one employee wore a mask, and that included the people at the front interacting with guests. That includes what appeared to be the main guy (owner, maybe?). The young lady making the food didnt wear a mask, and the young lady who helped me wore hers under her chin. That said, if COVID doesnt bother you, enjoy lunch! Please note that I intentionally went out of my way to support a local business, but if the owner is reading this, help me help you.
