WHAT DOES A PERSON HAVE TO DO TO GET A PEPPERMINT WHITE MOCHA?? After leaving my review, I took my first sip of my coffee and what was it? WRONG! Unfortunately, I was already heading back to Texas and could not go back to get it fixed. The sticker on the outside was correct. It says peppermint white mocha. The actual drink is a peppermint mocha. Obviously it sounds like there's not much of a difference, but there's a HUGE difference. The mocha is DISGUSTING to me, which is why I order WHITE mocha. I forced myself to drink half of it since it's over $5, but I am NOT happy. Why is it that nobody can be bothered to pay attention? You want HAPPY customers? Great Starbucks location, I deducted one star for the wait at the drive though it wasn't that busy at 8:30 PM but the wait was a little painful. The product was made perfectly and the server at the drive up window was very polite and friendly she did apologize for the long wait and thanked me for stopping in. Placed an online order for inside, when we got there we went to the restroom and came out to continue waiting for another 10 minutes on our drinks (2) we noticed there were a couple of drinks waiting in the pickup area. My boyfriend went over to see if they were ours, they were. They were just sitting there the whole 10 minutes we waited just for us to pick them up and have one of the employees reach at my boyfriends drink and say "for future reference can you wait till we call your name" absolutely ticked us off! We wouldn't have minded if they weren't already watered down from sitting so long! Very rude and unprofessional. Meaningless to say we won't be back. I entered Starbucks at 10:40 and placed my order, eggnog latte and warm croissant. My name was not taken, the barista said my order would be out "shortly" after waiting about 15 mins for my coffee I went to the counter to inquire, as I could see they were busy. The young lady said "oh it's probably at the end of the counter" sure enough my latte had been sitting there and my croissant cold. I asked why they didn't announce that it was ready and the barista informed me, "they probably did". No apologies, no offer for a fresh croissant. It's a good location for the area, but it's very slow and probably understaffed. I walked inside to avoid waiting in line in drive through and found that drive through their top priority. To me, your guests who are willing to walk inside and wait should have a higher priority. Yet, I watched cars and cars of customers passed as the line of indoor customers still had no drinks. However, I don't have the heart to give less stars (although I seriously want to) because the women inside are working so hard to put their orders in. Upper management needs to expand the staff. This is one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to. Which is saying a lot, considering I don't consider myself hip enough to pay $7.00 for flavored coffee, but my wife is a total addict so we come here often. They are always quick and friendly through the drive-through which is my preferred method of ordering...of course my wife would rather go in and soak up the ambiance. They are always patient with me when I hesitate when ordering, I'm not quite down with the barista jargon. I must say....compared to most Starbucks locations I've been led to, this one is spacious. Lots of places to sit and drink your coffee creation. Nice selection of pastries and I'm told the breakfast sandwiches are the "bomb-biggity". read more

I don't go to Starbucks that often but when I do it is usually at 7-8am with my dog. Don't worry we sit out on the porch! The staff is very understanding and even gives me a free cup of water for Wurley! Their breakfast menu is very delicious as I have tried several of the items they offer. Their tea is really good especially their shaken sweet green tea! In a word, minty! Try the spinach and feta wrap, that is my favorite breakfast item! This Starbucks lacks the professionalism that I'm accustomed to. There were only 3 people ahead of me and it took about 10 minutes to order. After ordering, it took about 5 minutes to receive my order. That is far too long to wait for coffee without having a long line. After receiving my order, one of the drinks were made improperly. If it's going to take 15 minutes to get a latte, please make it right. read more

I met a women here for a Bumble Bizz meeting. I am a regular at this particular Starbucks location and absolutely love it! They are quick with their drink orders and the staff is so friendly. They even recognize me LOL! The location is perfect for study dates or a business meeting. Being right next to campus also makes it great to grab a drink with a friend or date between class if your schedule is busy and need a quick coffee break. read more

2 stars only because it's a nice store and they typically(when I can actually get one) get the drink right, otherwise it'd get just one. The 2 locations in this town are by far the slowest stores I have ever been in. My sbucks card gets far less use since moving here than it ever has. The drive thru is typically backed out of the lot and into the road, and inside backs up to the door frequently. I hope you've got half an hour to kill, otherwise fix your craving another way. :( read more

My frap was very good but there was one thing I was missing. They forgot the raspberry syrup that I paid for and it was written on the cup. This has happened to me on more than one occasion. I stopped at this location as opposed to the easily accessible Starbucks (from IH210) because it had 4.5 stars. This location does not exceed the normal stand alone Starbucks. I ordered coffee and a sandwich - I asked for the hottest dark roast and the reply indicated the two on brew were equally hot, that is to say a little above room temperature. I waited for a fresh brewed pot only to have to wait again for service to get milk - there was none on the condiments bar, not even an empty canister. I was handed an almost empty gallon and the barista immediately went on to another task, me standing there with two other patrons waiting on milk. I sat on the patio which is a great size and a nice spot at sunset. Lastly I had ordered a tall coffee in a grande cup - which is usually charged as a tall, I was charged as a grande, no big deal but why the charge for something I didn't order? I didn't complain as the staff seemed overwhelmed and under interested in individual customers. Long story short, I won't be going out of my way again. read more
