I have been coming here for the last 2-3 years and it's been a WONDERFUL location up until around May when they added a new team member named Chloe... since then the last 4-5 times I've been here she's constantly forgetting my drinks, making them wrong, and holding up the line because of it. EVERY single time and spilt one on my car as she was handing it to me. She is slow, doesn't know what shes doing, and has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever, and normally I don't care after the first or second time but this is the 4th or 5th time and if you're going to get paid to do a job learn how to do it correctly after making a mistake so you don't have to redo it over and over again until its correct. read more

I really don't like to write negative reviews but this location is not fast and easy when doing a pick up order. Four times on my way to work, I have use this location for a pick up order hoping to just run and grab my order and leave- quick, convenient , and easy, why else would I select pick up? I specifically choose this option because it is usually quick and I don't have to talk to anyone/ or order at the counter as unfortunately, with the nature of my job- I am usually on early morning conference calls and have to participate. Every time I've come in, my app tells me my order is ready, yet my order is not in the order pick up location. I wait quietly for my order to be ready only to have two then stand in line at the counter to ask where my order is- as you can imagine for a breakfast bagel spot the line is usually long in the morning- just to find out my order IS IN FACT ready and they just can't put it out where it goes?? A few times I have sent my child in to grab the order while I'm on the phone in the car- and she's been given a hard time, having to come out to get my phone to show proof of order, interrupting my work call. On another occasion, while I am on my headset quietly without disturbing anyone trying to continue my call, someone has interrupted me on my call, asking for proof of my order. I will no longer be going to this location as I find it rude to ask, and it's making it a bigger Inconvenience than convenience!!!! read more

In effort to try something new (from the amazing big daddy's bagels) I strolled in here on a rainy day in effort to find warmth and comfort. It was all but. My everything bagel has no salt. The coffee in all 3 containers was cold. There was no ice in the soda machine. Even the atmosphere was cold, no heat in the joint. The one star was for Peter, the pleasant cashier. When I finally got to the window the employee didn't know how to charge me because the car ahead of me had driven off angry from waiting too long. While this is the worst experience, it's not the only bad one I've had here. They also don't separate the flavored cream cheese from the plain so my French toast bagel with plain cream cheese often has intense bits of garlic flavor in it... We wanted to change the bagel before she started making it and got her attention and she just turned back around and pointed to the younger gentleman that was there. I own multiple franchises as well and if my employees treated a paying customer like this I would have a serious talk with them. Ever since I went to my family practice doctor last March I have been actively trying to live a healthier lifestyle due to her insistence that I have gained weight. I have made a habit to take my electric scooter out for a few laps around my neighborhood every Tuesday morning. About two Tuesdays ago I was enjoying one of my weekly annual ride when I mistakenly ran into a puddle. Thankfully due to the large wheels on my electric scooter I was able to narrowly avoid any damage to my vehicle. But the puddle did splash just loud enough to get me in the mood to pee. I was close to my home but I had recently taken lexapro and I was in the mood for an adventure. I navigated to the nearest shopping center and while originally heading for chipotle I took a small detour due to a group of scary looking teenagers loitering out front. That detour took me right to the doors of Einstein Bagel Bros. I quickly scurried towards the bathroom. To my disappointment it was locked. It seemed as though someone had the same idea as me. To avoid being rude I waited by the tables for this fellow customer to finish and while doing so I drifted into a deep slumber. When I awoke roughly 8-10 minutes later I saw that the bathroom was open and gleefully skipped my way to the bathroom unaware of the horrors I was soon to witness. Upon entering I immediately noticed a foul odor coming from the toilet. Upon further inspection I found a massive log that was barely even fitting in the bowl. I mustered up my courage and went to flush but to my further horror the water by to rise taking the brown monstrosity along with it. It was here when I realized that this was beyond my capabilities. That it was going to take a lot more to stop this anaconda from hell than a 5'2 women who dropped out of softball in high school due to the mit feeling sticky. I b-lined to the door but was meet with a jammed lock. The water continued to rise as I started to feel a cold touch on my lower ankle. It was here I realized that this was my chance to relive me years of silence. I did what I told myself I would never do unless of an emergency like this. I screamed, I screamed for all of the parking tickets I had received undeserved, I screamed for the child in me who was tired of eating oatmeal made with water, I screamed for all the forgotten free trials. I screamed. It was dark, wet, the cold tile walls echoed my every breath. Was this it? Was everything I had ever accomplished just leading to my demise in the bathroom of a chain bagel restaurant? But just as all hope was lost a quote from my late stepmother came to me. "There is always light. If only we're brave enough to see it. If only we're brave enough to be it." It was at that moment that the door burst open where a short and stalky angel of a man by the name of James stood before me. It was at that moment when I knew it was going to be okay. Than he said something I would never forget. A request that was unrecognizable from the sound of the trumpets at heavens gates. He asked me to leave. And I did just that. I hopped on my electric scooter and rode away never looking back. If I could give no stars I would. It starts with the franchisee who has hired someone sub age 30 in appearance as their GM. Isabelle looks like she is recovering from a night of partying and not careful about good training or exemplary (or even adequate) service. Every few years I swear this place off. I need to remember to do it for good. The fact you can't easily ascertain who the owner is says a lot. I actually asked for the manager's card because the service was an issue and I assumed the GM to be a lesser employee based on appearance, lack of hustle (or even care), and having been told in my presence by another employee that she left ice on the floor. The only saving grace is the convenience of the drive thru for the laziest of people like myself. I ordered a lunch portion tuna salad on everything bagel and it was just a complete disappointment. Once I removed the soggy old lettuce it was even more apparent that there was no tuna. It was dry and I was still hungry after eating this despite not being a big eater. Absolute worst customer service! Supervisor or manager was incredibly rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I know he was a supervisor because he interrupted me while I was ordering to talk to an employee. After he threw my bag with our bagel at me he just turned around and walked away not saying anything, so I waited until he came back to ask him if that was everything. Oof. I have to agree with everybody else reviewing this place-what exactly is going on?! I stopped by around 10 AM on a Saturday and went through the drive thru. Because it's convenient, right? Uh, sure...in that sense that it's convenient you don't have to get out of your car. There were two cars in front of me, and I only waited about 2 minutes to order. I ordered a plain bagel toasted with plain schmear, and an everything bagel with avocado. And then I waited...and waited...and waited...and waited. 20 minutes I waited, behind two cars. Neither car had anything like 2 dozen bagels, they seemed to have maybe a couple bagles and some drinks. When it's finally my turn, I get my coffee right away, and then waited 5 more minutes for my bagels. 25 minutes for 2 bagels and a coffee. How?! The woman at the drive thru was nice but didn't apologize or even mention how long I had waited, which is common courtesy to me. But the fun doesn't stop there. When I got home, I found out the plain bagel hadn't been toasted, and it was maybe HALF covered in cream cheese. The everything bagel had three tiny pieces of avocado on it. Three TINY pieces (see the picture I added) Despite friendly folks working here, they seem to be working in utter slow motion, and maybe with managers breathing down their necks about portion control. It's not clear whose fault this is, at what level of "management," because the staff of teenage drones don't know what to tell me. The "flavors" they still have are as good as ever, which is why I bumped the rating up from 1 star to 2. But no ONION bagels??! Come on, guys!! And the hours posted on the page are wrong. I am unsure if this is a location issue or a company wide issue, but having ordered some fruit at the drive thru, I expected much more than I received. For a whopping $1.30, you can get one grape, 2 half pineapple chunks, And 3 unripe melon pieces, even though it's melon season. I laughed when the drive thru employee handed me what looked like a small black frisbee containing said fruit. I asked the employee if they were serious, and they just looked at me and walked away. Regardless of the other ratings this place is hopping and there are happy faces. I agree wait times suck, but I have to look at it this way. If each bagel takes on average 3 minutes to make (toast, assemble, wrap) and there are 10 people​ in front of you, well do the math. That doesn't include the one person ordering four bagels. Plus unlike other Einsteins they have a full cafe bar. If today is any indication of how busy they are on a regular basis this place needs kudos. This barista is working her tail off and doing a fabulous job. They got our bagles out in less than 15minites and we have 8 people in front of us with an estimated 24minute wait, plus we had smoothies, lattes, and juice. There had to be over 50 people there. Waited another 10 minutes and was then asked why I was still there. I explained I never received my order. They explained they "lost it" and offered no recourse. Update: really wanted to like Einstein, but this morning there was a long line and no one from the staff even acknowledged us. Several people just left after being ignored for a while. Understand it's busy, but it's poor service to not even acknowledge the people patiently waiting. So down to one star. Very frustrating. We came in on Sunday morning and granted, there was a rush from Flatirons Church, but still... We waited 45 minutes to get our food. They were bringing out an order once every 4-5 minutes. I've been in some pretty slammed bagel shops, and it's never taken anywhere near this long. The staff is nice, and the food is delicious, so that's why I'm leaving two stars, but wow... Look I understand I went there at 230 in the afternoon but if they're going to serve bagels this bad they might as well close at 11 in the morning. Probably 1/3 of the selection of flavors were out. The bagel was VERY soft like a roll, made the toppings on it very hard to maintain while eating. There was a tiny teardrop of cream cheese on my bagel.
