Went through the drive thru for a breakfast bagel and decided to make it a meal. Well the espresso machine is out somehow already even though they've just opened. So I opted to get a cold press coffee instead, but they can't do that with the "make it a meal" so I ended up buying everything separate and spending $11.02 on a sandwich, hash brown and medium cold press coffee. Wasn't worth it at all which really sucks because I used to drive to the southlake location all the time and was really looking forward to having this location way closer to home. They don't seem to want to accommodate. The woman at the window was trying to be extra friendly and clearly oblivious that I wasn't having a good experience. Probably won't come back because of this. I kind of feel like they could of accommodated something. Eh oh well. read more

The bagels and coffee were great, but the customer service was a big miss. There were two young girls working the cashiers when we arrived, and both of them were chatting it up with another customer while we stood there waiting. Finally the one girl who didn't even have a customer to tend to, called us up to the cash register with an attitude as if to say, "let's go already." She was very rude. I think this place is probably fine for the drive through, but I won't be going there again anytime soon. read more

I could have given higher stars, except that every time I come here, I ask for my bagel to be toasted and 4 times out of 5, it is not even warm. Today, instead of just eating it (so I can eat at same time as my family), I finally took it back and asked them to toast it. It came back a bit warmer on top, but mushy in bottom. I'm not sure what is wrong with their toasting process, but I would love for them to work it out. I hate having to drive to Einstein's in Colleyville or Southlake from Keller for a bagel. Beware...all of the prices are wrong. Not by much, but what you get charged is more than what the sign says. When I asked about it I was met with an attitude and they were correcting it on the sign. This has now happened 3 times. Facilities are nice and food is as expected but doesn't seem well run. When they are busy in the drive thru inside takes. Really long time. read more

Today we placed an order at the drive thru, pulled to the window and payed and then we were told afterwards they were out of what we ordered. It is frustrating that the gentlemen did not check to make sure they had the items in stock before having us pay. This is not the first time this has happened at this location either. Was so happy when I saw this being built. Inside is clean and well maintained. They have a wide variety of bagels and pastries. Most seats have a place to charge your phone with USB ports also a regular plug where you could plug in a lap top. The person taking my order was nice and friendly. They Evan have bagel biscuits for your dog. I always love a place that is dog friendly. They serve caribou coffee. They have a small shelf where you can purchase mugs and bags of coffee. They have the best iced lattes I've ever had and I am a regular Starbucks drinker. The Asiago bagel is delicious. I can't say the same for the turkey, bacon, and avocado though. I couldn't even taste the tomato spread. It was plain and tasteless and way too pricey for the size. I'll stick to my fav sub shop instead. read more

I ordered through door dash and got a bakers dozen and all of the shmear was missing. I figured it was just a one time mistake and ordered again a few weeks later with three shmears and ALL of them were missing. So lots of bagels with nothing to put on them. From reading the reviews it sounds like the same thing happens with to-go orders. Recommend that you only buy in person and verify that you have everything. read more

I decided to try this location for the 1st time. I didn't even know they were OPEN FOR BUSINESS and I live in Keller. No advertising, No signs. I usually visit Southlake and will continue to visit Southlake. Only 1 girl at register @ 10:30 and 1 person in front of me. Had to wait a while. They have other staff, but I don't think they speak English. The girl "A" is not very friendly and needs to be given lessons in customer service. I went to this store and the service was great and the food was awesome. I love the hash brown bagel. 3 hours after leaving the store I realized that I had misplaced my Airpods. I called the store and asked if they found a pair of Airpods in the store today. The person answering the phone said, Yes, they had found a pair of Airpods. I told them I would come to pick them up. When I got there they could not locate them and they thought someone who had gone home put them in a place for safe keeping. The next day I called and they said that they did have them and I could come pick them up. I was very pleased and thankful to get these back. I just bought them a week previous. The person who helped me was Angel. Angel did a great job on my order and getting my Airpods back to me. read more

I love going to Einstein Bros mainly for their coffee. I ordered a bagel and a coffee and they only had two types of coffee, one was decaf. The other one I got was luke warm. Not hot at all. I hate to complain but I just think they should have more selections like the other locations do. read more

I visited this location this morning and the drive thru line was very slow (they were so busy) which is he be expected at breakfast time on a Sunday, so I parked and went inside. I was greeted by incredibly upbeat, happy and cheerful staff. Every person behind the counter made contact and greeted me, even those with the headset on taking drive thru orders and those preparing bagels with fillings for table service or drive thru orders. They took my order quickly, and sliced the bagels in front of me. They boxed the bagels up and invited me to choose two free tubs of shmear that was a bonus add in for a bakers dozen. As I left a staff member opened the door for me. Overall, I left happier than I went in just by how uplifting and happy these folks are. I haven't tried their coffee on their menu and I plan to go back for bagels AND coffee again this week so I can try their seasonal pumpkin bagel with pumpkin schmear. Their bagels are perfectly baked. Defiantly on my list of favourite stores. read more

My order was incorrect on August 16 I have been calling the (Keller) location for two weeks now and no one answers the phone so I finally reached out to Corporate and they notified me to only let me know that this location is A franchise and I have yet to receive a refund on my $13 incorrect order yet a courtesy phone call . Still fairly new and working out issues clearly. I've been here three times and have not been pleased once. Colleyville is not perfect but they are more established. I have not had my order completely correct any of the times I have been to Keller yet and the app for ordering ahead does not work. The point system for rewards does not work either on the app for Keller. I saw another review for an unfriendly female that was a young girl and I've had two different girls that were unfriendly at Keller store in the drive-through. The young guy was more friendly than the girls. Although I did sit in the drive-through after telling the female my order for a while and then the young man came over and asked me again of what I ordered. They hadn't even started to make it. The freshness also was questionable and made me wonder if they were day-old bagels. The tomato I had on a sandwich with was nearly white and crunchy. The guacamole that was supposed to be on there was spread nearly transparent, sort of like it was put on and scraped off or there was so little it just gave the bagel a slight green tinge to it. I like Einstein's and will give them a couple more tries in Keller because that location is convenient. Hoping the kinks get worked out with the app and staff improves with skill and friendliness. The interior design is cute in Keller and nicer than the older store in Colleyville. I don't want to drive further to the Colleyville location unless I plan to be in Colleyville.
