2nd time trying this location and will not be going again. The bagels are very dense and don't taste the same as other locations

This is my go to lunch place just about every Wednesday. You get so much food for a great price,…read moreplus it's healthy. I cannot rave about this place enough, I love everything about it. Food is always ready on time, perfectly wrapped, great service, and most importantly - great tasting. Their cookies are huge & they are amazing. The sea salt caramel cookie is my favorite. It has sea salt flakes on top, oats, and it's bigger than my hand. Side salads are big portions & so cheap. I get at least 2 each time I order - along with my sandwich. All of their sandwiches here are amazing & you get to choose the bread for any sandwich you choose. Every sandwich & every bread choice is so good. You cannot go wrong with this place & they have never disappointed me. I have lunch for 3 days & spend less than $20. It's so filling & so worth your money. Give it a try!

They need to hire and train people who actually care about food execution otherwise fall back to warming muffins and making coffee... Update: loved listening to the staff complaining about all of the other employees and how bad they were at cleaning and doing their side work...the one lady would not stop commenting on all the other closers who don't do a good job...yes, while we were sitting in the dining room eating the food. Seems to be it's all pretty connected...don't care about customer experience? Produce poorly executed and uninspired food....! Don't care about customer experience? I forgot when it was going to end so I missed the last category sadly, but now I can confidently say they have great sandwiches, bowls and salads! I used to always get the teriyaki chicken bowl, but have since varied up my order and now the Citrus Thai salad with chicken is my go to! It's so good and filling while being light! I also love the club sandwich and the grinder is great too. My husband doesn't eat "bowls" much but I got him to try one and he really liked the Korean steak, I tried a bite as well and thought the flavor was very good and not too spicy. I looooove their rice and I really appreciate that the veggie mix includes Brussel sprouts. Their avocado toast is a great breakfast as well. I've tried smoothies/juice/parfait and all were fine but personally I just prefer to go to Nekter or Smoothie King for that stuff. The rewards program is pretty decent as well! Random offers and deals are a nice surprise! They're getting plenty of my money and will continue to do so hahaha

Service is very friendly, super accommodating. Restaurant is super clean. Fair warning: 1) Food is on the pricier side. 2) This is not fast food. It will take a minute for them to prep because it's fresh. On a non-busy day my food will take about 7-10 minutes. If they're busy, longer. However, they do have an app you can pre-order from.

I left this meal feeling both impressed and confused, which is probably the most honest review I…read morecan give. Let's start with the star of the show: the fried soft-shell crab bao. Good grief, this thing was phenomenal. It may have been the single best item we ordered. The crab was cooked perfectly with a satisfying crunch, the bao was pillowy soft, and they showed admirable restraint with the sauce. Too many places drown everything in mayo and call it creativity. Not here. Every bite was balanced and absolutely delicious. Then there was the pork belly burger, which looked like it was about to become my new favorite burger in Fort Worth. Unfortunately, it never quite got there. The pork belly hadn't rendered enough, making it chewy and difficult to bite through. The beef patty also seemed oddly resistant to being bitten. I shouldn't need the jaw strength of an alligator to eat a burger. My wife ordered the black garlic ramen. She loved the broth and thought the egg was excellent, but the noodles were surprisingly firm and ended up mostly untouched. The kid's meal was probably the easiest win of the night. My son happily devoured the chicken tenders and was thrilled to discover that dessert was included. The Cookie Monster ice cream may have generated more excitement than anything else on the table. Overall, this place feels like a restaurant with some genuinely brilliant ideas and a few execution issues. When they're on, they're REALLY on. That soft-shell crab bao alone is worth the trip. I'd happily come back, but next time I might just order three baos and call it dinner.
