I usually have a great experience here but this visit was honestly pretty disappointing. I got the Green Chili Bagel and that one was great like I'm used to fresh, soft, and exactly what I expect a good bagel to be. I really enjoyed it. I also got two Blueberry Bagels and a tub of Almond Schmear. Unfortunately, the blueberry bagels were a completely different story. They didn't taste fresh at all and had an oddly chewy, tough texture that made them genuinely difficult to eat. I'm not sure what happened, but they definitely didn't seem like they were from the same batch or quality as the green chile bagel. The biggest disappointment, though, was the doggie bagels. I had my dogs with me and asked if they had anything for dogs, and I was actually so excited to find out they did! I had never seen them before, so I got the 5 pack thinking my dogs would have a little treat. Unfortunately... these things were basically rocks!!! They were so hard that I was genuinely worried my dogs would hurt their teeth. I still tried giving them to my dogs, and all of them refused. These were somehow harder and less appealing than an actual dog biscuit. I even tried breaking one down with a pestle, thinking maybe I could soften it or at least make it easier for them to eat. Still no luck! I actually took a few videos because I couldn't believe how hard they were. I was so excited about the idea of getting my pups their own little bagels, so this was especially disappointing. read more

I frequent this place way too much to not write an updated review. Back in the days, I thought it would be faster to order through the Einstein website for pickup, but now realized that it's just way easier to order in-person real time. Plus, online ordering doesn't really tell you if they're out of a certain type bagel. For example, my favorite is the onion bagel, but if they run out of that, it's hard to communicate what I would like as a substitute. When in doubt, you can't go wrong with a plain bagel. However, if you do order online through your Einstein account, you can accumulate enough points for rewards. My favorite has been the the All-Nighter. You can tell it's good when my son eats his eggs with the American cheese and smoky chipotle aioli. I can probably do without the bacon though to be honest. Last week, I decided to he adventurous and tried their new hot honey egg sandwich. I was blown away by that hot honey smear - super delicious! They also offer coffee. My go-to is their cold brew, in which you can select different flavors. The drive-thru is pretty fast. It can get slow and crowded in the morning around 9-10am on a Saturday. Otherwise, it's a quick grab and go breakfast. read more

A solid quick pick me up conveniently located right off 35. Service is typically fast and food is pretty good considering I always get a toasted jalapeño cheddar bagel with cream cheese. If your looking for a quick chain bagel this is a great option. read more

This is my Friday morning staple before heading into the office, but it's definitely a bit of a gamble. I usually go for the Asiago or the Six Cheese bagels, and it's cool that they've started adding the protein counts to the menu lately. However, the toaster situation is hit-or-miss. While the bagel is always warmed well, sometimes they really overdo it and it comes out way too dark and over-toasted. It's a convenient spot and I'm a regular, but the lack of consistency keeps it at a 3-star for me. read more

Here I am again! Love your bagels! Love the fast service! The variety gives you such a selection to choose from. My go to is the jalapeño and the green chili. The everything bagel is always good! But again, maybe the slicer needs to be adjusted. A fat bottom, and a skinny, skinny top. Fix this and you might get another star! And don't forget the Monday bakers dozen for $9. A great deal! Einstein Bros. Bagels - So many delicious choices! - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

Hate this location of Einstein Bros. Even if you love their food at other locations; you will hate it here. this location consistently gets your order wrong. Last two times I ordered here they mixed up my bagel with some other customers. This last time, they made my husbands order without toasting it, fixed it up in a messy can't eat fashion. And They forget to give us our creamy cheese. Plus They gave me burning hot coffee in a to go cup with nooooo warning. This location sucks!!!!! read more

Service again....horrible. Last time I came here the girl on register with no personality or work ethic was not only still working but now training the new guy. ‍ They talk to you like they have no customer service skills ( what'cha want?!??) Plus you have trainee and trainer on the register, 4 people standing behind them waiting to work and a like of 4 people. Can't come back here.... Dreadful read more

Ordered two bagels with avocado and two eggs each along with a tea and a half a dozen bagels and the order was all wrong. Not only was I charged almost $50 for this when the food came out it was wrong. I addressed it with the manager and she said she did charge me wrong gave me back 2 dollars. I wasn't gonna argue. So I went to the app duplicated my order and it was 18 dollars less. I had to take it up and show her just to have her re ring up the order to make sure. I finally get my food and my money back. She then hands me two cards for a sandwich on them for the trouble. I get to my destination just to find no smear which came with it along with looking at the cards to find they are expired. One is from 2023 and one from 2025. Like really! Do better.. read more

I went two days in a row, and both times they gave me an un-toasted bagel. When they read my order back at the window it was the wrong meat, and in order to get what I wanted I had to place a new order. I'd rate this place a zero if I could. Who the fuck wants an un-toasted bagel. Rest assured as many times as you come here, they will mess up your order, no matter how simple. Do not come to this Einsteins. read more

I am in town for family and just wanted a good cup of coffee. All of the previous reviews were horrible, mainly concerning the customer service, consistently wrong orders, super long wait times, no customer service in general. They were over six month old reviews so I decided to give them a shot. The young lady who took my order was very pleasant and courteous. The worker bees were all doing their thing and orders were going out in a reasonable fashion. I ended up with my coffee, a couple of bagels and a smoothie. Overall I couldn't ask for more unless they gave me my order for free. Lol! I made sure to tell the manager since I'm sure she usually hears just negative comments. I doubt if up I'll ever be back at this location but I would recommend it if it's convenient. read more

They're nice people working hard to try their best, but every fourth order of your is guaranteed to have an error. I went there 6 times in a ten day period and had an incorrect order 4 times. My statistics don't add up to the number "1 in 4" error rate, but I'm a serial fast food line modifier (add this...with that...that in the side). North FTW, we have a brand spankin' new EBB y'all! I've been watching the construction of this new location in anticipation for months. For years, the closest location has been in Bedford and until just recently Keller, which is still out of the way. This place is now dangerously close to home and my low carb eating soul. In any case, I have loved EBB for years and I am so stoked to have one in my neck of the woods. They have a drive thru as well for those on-the-go mornings. I went inside to check out the new selection yesterday as I have not been to one in a while. The interior decor gives me Starbucks vibes. Very cute and modern. The staff was nice and welcoming. I picked up a half dozen to share with the office and was not disappointed. Of course I had to get the honey almond schmear. I could seriously eat that thing straight out of the tub. Don't worry, I didn't this time. read more

DOESNT RESPECT THE SCHMEAR. #RespectTheSchmear The food is small portioned. I asked for extra cream cheese and payed for extra cream cheese and still got the same amount as the regular portion of cream cheese. The cashier has a bad attitude and has no patience when you are ordering. The ladies making the food are confused while making your order and will mess up. I have sat in there for over 30 mins when it is empty waiting on my food that I already paid for. The food is good respectfully but only when the service, portions, and is made correctly is when good. read more

So my friend stopped by earlier and placed an order. She specifically said no avocado. Why? BECAUSE SHE IS DEATHLY ALLERGIC!! Well guess what, they didn't listen. I have never been at an Einstein's so busy like this one. Ana and her crew still keep up no matter what comes in. Been here several times since they opened. The bagels are good and the prices are very reasonable. They have some healthy bagels too that are high in protein for those who are watching their macros. I've got 2 of their breakfast sandwiches and enjoyed them both! I will continue to come back for more bagels! read more

This is a great location to go to of you like to... Wait in line to order thru the drive thru for 15-30 min to order bagels then order for them to tll you they are out of what you want (before 10am) then you ask what they do have and they tell you so you place n order from what they said they have in stock Then wait 15-20 mins to pay at the window To get to the window to pay only to be told they are now sold out of the bagels you ordered This has happened multiple times to us. I've been told its because people still order them inside. Which doesn't make sense. Never have I seen such poor inventory management at any dining establishment. Ive never experienced this at any other bagel place let alone an einsteins. How many times do you guys have to tell people this everyday before you start doing something differently? You guys should really know what you have when people are ordering. How does your POS system not track this for you? read more

I just returned home from here and I had to calm myself down before writing a review. From the moment I started my order, the employee taking my order never said a single word to me, no greeting, nothing, until I ordered a quad shot of espresso and I got a look like I was from another planet. So after I had to restate my order, her manager had to correct it because she didn't know a button for it existed, then she calls out the order to the barista, who shouts "FOUR SHOTS OF ESPRESSO?! Omg! Have you EVER had that much at once?!" I'm standing right.there. Literally standing RIGHT there. I was so furious to be treated like that at an establishment I was very much looking forward to trying for the VERY FIRST TIME and I can assure you, I will never go there ever again. Do better. Treating people like they're a drag on your time and then mocking them for the product they've ordered and PAID FOR is literally the opposite of customer service. The only reason I didn't leave one star was because the coffee was actually decent. read more

Food is always fresh. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Will continue to do business here.

Went Sunday around 1030 and decided to go in since for once I had on something other than pajamas and thought it would be faster...: WRONG... to start they were running low on bagels but we made concessions and picked something else. Judging by the looks on the peoples faces waiting I should have turned around and left. 25 mins later and probably over 30 Cars inThe driving through getting their orders I had to ask for a refund as we had a dance event to be to. I witnessed two people Come in for refunds with incorrect orders. The cashier apologized and told me they were short staffed... I counted 8 people so I would Love to know what full staffed looks like. To me they were poorly organized and allowed themselves to focus solely on the drive through than both areas. I cautioned several people coming in that if they were in a hurry not to order. Sad bc they are close to my house but I won't be back for a while not even to go through the drive thru read more

You ask for things to be heated you don't get it heated. I can't tell you how many times they get it wrong and nothing gets done. EVER!

If you want to make two trips every time you order from this location while ordering through the drive through; one to place your order, and another to correct what you've actually received in the bag, then this location off of Basswood and 35W will be the one to visit. We make a run to pick up two bagels and a coffee every Friday and sometimes Tuesdays. Our orders don't deviate from what's on the menu; Nova Lox, Tasty Turkey w/chips & pickle spear and a Caramel Macchiato (Hot). Every time, with very few exceptions, we end up getting something different than what was ordered or something on the order's always missing/incomplete. I hope the other locations aren't as inept as this one. For the price you're paying (they're pricey for what you actually get) you'd think that they could complete an order correctly at least 50% of the time. I'm done with them and won't recommend them as it's too much of a hassle to triple check their work. Avoid this location like the plague. Would you pay $7.00 for the sandwich in the photo below? read more

as far as food and products are concerned !!! 5 stars. Einstein bagels are great. But avoid THIS location , this location I went too three straight day. 7/15, 7/16, and 7/17. ALL THREE days they got my orders wrong. all of them !!! not only that , the wait times are always over 30 minutes. Just to compare to all the other locations I've been , those locations the staff , service and food is great and fast. This one is slow , the staff is rude , they do not care . just poor customer service. It has to be a reflection of poor leadership and work culture. because the other locations. they don't have these problems. read more

Ordered my drink and bagel, got my bagel right away and had to wait 15 minutes for my iced coffee.

We absolutely love Einstein Bros; but, this location is the worse we have been to; although, we continue to give it chance, after chance, after chance...being that this location is the closest to us. The customer service isn't only bad; but, they never have the hash brown bagel that makes the farmhouse sandwich...which running out of an item happens; but, running out over 3 hours prior to closing and not baking more or doing anything about it, it's what makes for Thai review. Be solution driven, drive customer service and satisfaction, oh and bake some bagels to make sure what's offered on the menu can be delivered. read more
