Santa Fe Breakfast

Breakfast bagels are the BEST! Santa Fe Egg White Breakfast Sandwich. Asiago Cheese Bagel topped with Turkey Sausage, Egg Whites, Cheddar Cheese & Jalapeño Salsa!

Do you see any guac? And look at the texture of the bagel!

Horrible is the one word I would use to describe the food and service! Their app has no place to customize the orders (to add/remove ingredients). I ordered curbside pick up but no one answered the phone when I called from the parking lot...btw, you have to go thru automated, pick-up unrelated instructions before you can (or not) connect with a team member. So I had to walk in for my curbside pick up. Thankfully the order was ready. They did not close the coffee cup lid properly so it got knocked off and coffee spilled in my car as I was putting it in the cup holder. The garden breakfast sandwich looked pathetic, no color on the sesame seeds, totally underbaked. The bagel had no texture, it was like unfermented raw dough, no flavor, no seasoning, no sign of guac. The twice baked hashed brown stuck to the paper cup with oil oozing out; impossible to eat. None of the food remotely looked like what they show in their ads. Sooo disappointed! They need to learn a lot from McDonalds next door!

I LOVE bagels, there use to be an Einstein's next to my high school and I would stop by at least once a week to grab a toasted bagel before school! This location doesn't have a drive through, but that's okay walking into the shop and smelling the bagels makes up for it! I took a while to decide because I haven.'to been to Einstein's in a while and they had new schmear and bagel flavors. What I recommend is pick a bagel hat you like and pick a schmear make sure you asked for you bagel toasted, trust me toasting your bagel makes a world of a difference! My combos always depending on how I'm feeling: 1. Plain bagel (toasted) with plain schmear 2. Cinnamon sugar bagel (toasted) with honey almond schmear 3. Asiago bagel with plain schmear. They gave half off drinks from 3-closing I believe! Even though I took a while to decided the staff was very kind and helpful!

I am going to keep this simple. 5 stars every time!…read more The service they offer is always on point. Happy employees that have a great working relationship with each other that almost have a family like feel. Super happy to see people enjoy their job. Attentive and helpful every time. We have been here about 6 times in the last two months. Ambiance can be a bit loud depending on the time you visit, but not loud enough to make it hard to listen to the group you share the table with. It looks like they can accommodate a large group. This definitely has a diner feel but modern with lots of memorabilia and photos on the walls music inspired. Food: hard to name all the dishes but they all have been great. Biscuits and gravy are always so fluffy, buttery and the gravy is spot on. But the PANCAKES, my gosh are they so good. I want to just have those every Sunday morning! Thank you for creating such a wonderful atmosphere and delicious food. Will continue to visit as time allows. Heads up, Sunday mornings can have a bit of a wait but what amazing restaurant wouldn't?!? You're in for a treat! Try them!

We love a good Happy Hour, so we grabbed a hightop by the bar and ordered a couple of drinks. I got the cosmo, complete with tiny ice crystals on top, which is my favorite. We started with the spinach dip, served Hillystone style with salsa and sour cream. I was not expecting much, but wow, it was really good. Then we split the special sandwich of the night, a sweet and spicy ribeye sandwich. This one was not my favorite. It had too much bread and too many green peppers, which I am not a fan of, although my husband liked it... Like the song says, two out of three ain't bad, and we will definitely be back. Taylor was keeping the whole circus running and you can tell she has seen a thing or two at this bar.

I'm thinking next time I will ask for a side of extra dressing so I can get all dippy with the items in my salad. We started with the spinach artichoke dip. I have to say, the crispy tortilla chip topped with a dollop of dip with a smidge of salsa and sour cream makes the most delicious bite! Hubby had the half Cobb salad with grilled chicken and a bowl of tomato basil soup. He probably could have had a cup because the bowl was a very generous portion. I appreciated that the grilled chicken seemed very fresh and flavorful. We love this place and we will definitely return!
