The efficiency of the line is frustrating, particularly when it's crowded. Which is usual. The pre-order and pick up system is efficient. Fast service. No longer serving fountain drinks. I usually love Einstein Bros Bagels and this location is very convenient for me, but I've been choosing to go elsewhere--even if it's out of the way--just to have a better customer experience. Most of the staff here seem overwhelmed, and while I understand how busy it can get, it really affects how customers are treated. For example, the customer in front of me was still deciding and had some questions, but the staff's attitude made them feel rushed and unwelcome. Staff seem annoyed, were no smiles, no patience--just pressure to hurry up, which you could feel in their tone and even see in their eyes. One staff member charged me $5 just to add an egg to my sandwich, when I've been charged around $1.50 before. I didn't feel comfortable asking about it because her energy was already tense. I hope General manager/management invests in this location helping the current manager and team create a more friendly, welcoming environment. I stopped going here daily for my bagel and cream cheese!! Instead i go to the Grinder coffee shop!! They make a FANTASTIC warm bagel cut in half with generous cream cheese and wrapped tightly to keep warm. Your staff should LEARN from them. So frustrated! I placed my order with the cashier and asked for a nova lox bagel sandwich with no tomato and no capers. Obviously the order was not communicated correctly because there they were when I opened the wrapping. This is the second time at this location. I was already on the road to LA and couldn't turn back. The time was 10:22 am and they weren't even busy! The cashier even read it back to me, and it was correct on the screen, but my receipt doesn't reflect the changes I requested. No excuses. Customer disappointed again! I highly recommend the Chorizo Sunrise green chile bagel. My husband and I have been ordering it every other week now via Ubereats food delivery service and it's now a household fave. I do one egg and thin bagel but not going to lie, it isn't the healthiest bagel lol but the most flavorful and my favorite. His complicated Santa Fe sandwich with modifications came out fine, I ordered a tasty turkey sandwich, was asked if I wanted my bagel toasted and I replied yes please. So we get home, my tasty turkey had no turkey in it and it wasn't toasted. Totally not worth the $10! You are welcome Einstein Bros. for taking my kid's money. Imagine this: I desperately needed a coffee and decided to visit this place, hoping for a short line. I ended up ordering a bagel sandwich, not really caring what it was, because all I wanted was coffee. When they handed me the bagel sandwich, I asked for my coffee, only to be told that they had run out! And don't have any. Imagine needing coffee so badly in this situation. I just said, "Don't worry about it, it's fine." They replied, "It's okay." To top it all off, I ended up tipping the highest amount that their system suggests. this place was right by my friend apt so i had to stop by! cause i have only had this place whenever i go to the airport but it's actually not at the Ontario airport anymore! anyways, i got the "all nighter" i believe that's the name but it was an onion bagel, cheese, egg, bacon & this really really good chipotle sauce. i did the online order, placed the order at 10:35 for 10:50 pickup, went to the place & got my order at 11:05, so it wasn't TOO long because i did see how busy they are, packed inside plus people waiting outside. it's not a big place at all but i enjoyed how It looked inside, all the workers were really nice. Bakers dozen bagels great! Box of coffee great! But man! The online ordering did not work well. Ordered online at 7:30 am on a Saturday. Response was it would be ready in 15 min. I arrived 15 min later and they had not even started it. I watched as several people came to the counter, ordered a dozen bagels and cream cheese and walked out immediately. The online orders appear to be filled after all the walk in orders are filled. I finally left at 8:10 with my order. I asked for open face nova lox toasted with everything on an everything with extra capers. this is what I got :( no open face, barely any cream cheese and FIVE capers. makes me wonder, if I asked for extra capers, how many the usually put on... 3? so disappointed. Learning my lesson from a previous visit to a different Einstein's, I ordered ahead using the app. I got a box assortment of bagels: sesame, plain, chocolate chip, Asiago, blueberry, cinnamon raisin (+ free regular Large coffee) a Bacon avocado tomato plain bagel sandwich (+free Large coffee) and a Turkey sausage and cheddar egg sandwich on Asiago (+ free Large coffee) I ordered and paid 3 separate times on the app, enabling me to get the free coffees. I love free stuff... We were disappointed that this location does not offer smoothies or espresso, however the bagels and sandwiches were fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The coffee is very good too. Nice, medium roast with nutty, chocolate, and caramel notes. As per my tip, park in the back lot, skip the line and skip over to the right of the entrance to find the online order shelves. Fun fact: Einstein's is part of Panera Bread Companies, which also owns Caribou Coffee. read more

This is my go to bagel shop. Always have loved the App which makes it so easy to use. My favorite is the Nova Lox which has always came in a flat box. The bagel is laid out and you can put together or eat together. Today was so excited to get my bagel and now it was served together. By the time I got home it had shifted so had to reassemble but I ate it the way I like it laid out. The best part was it was so tasty and that is what I remembered. read more

I want to say I come here about 3 times a month. I normally gravitate towards ordering the Gourmet Jalapeno Bacon Bagel with an Onion and Chive cream cheese or the Tasty Turkey Sandwich. I order ahead through the app which I love and is probably the only reason I order here. Being able to submit my order via the app and just walk in and grab my order off on of the shelves off the to right is so convenient! Because sometimes the line is well out the door! I do have to check to see if they added the chips that come with my sandwich to the bag, because usually they don't. That is the one inconsistency that is a tad annoying. So be sure to check your pick up order to make sure everything is there before you leave. Through the app you can get free coffee (iced or hot) which is a nice bonus. Parking can take a minute and be careful because it is super busy in this parking lot. The employees aren't above and beyond with their politeness but it is always super busy so they may not have the time. It gets really really busy here!! read more

I went in today and got a blueberry bagel with honey almond smear. My mom got an everything bagel with chive smear, and my sister got florentine with chive smear. They did not clean the knife when they applied my smear, I did not see this, but I can take garlic with every bite. I understand it's busy in the morning, but this was just lazy entirely on the staffs end. The bagels are premade and all they do is cut and toast them. Getting the smear is the last step and optional so that sucks that I didn't get to enjoy my breakfast today because it was a strong contradictory flavor. My 2 family members and I noticed that the smear was spread in a rush because it was a slab of smear and not a spread. If they don't want to do it maybe they can make the customers tiny paper or biodegradable cups and butter knives so we can apply it ourselves? read more

I love that einstein bros have an option to make your bagel thin and you can customize. I always get the smoked salmon one. Service was fast, but lacking. I come for the food & drink but I will not stay to eat. Outside sitting does not feel safe. I was appalled by how she treated her staff. While I was waiting in line, I heard her scream at an employee over something as ridiculous as the height of the cups at the register. The entire line was stunned and whispering about how unprofessional and rude she was. Not only is she disrespectful and cruel to her employees, but she also has the audacity to put on a fake smile and excuse when confronted about her behavior in front of corporate. Cockroaches!! I will never be coming here again! Walked in to order food and there was nobody else in there besides me. I see all the employees looking up at the menu or the ceiling including the cashier. I was trying to figure out what they were looking at, but couldn't figure it out. As the girl was taking my order, I hear the other employee say "ewwww gross I hate cockroaches." at this point I had already paid for my food. First, don't order the hash browns, they're horrid. I was there yesterday morning, never again will I walk in and order. First I was accosted by a homeless man asking for money. Love their Nova Lox with spinach Florentine bagel! In addition to the bagel, I decided to try their Caramel Cold brew and liked the flavor. Service is quick once you order. The line does get a bit long so it may take a minute to place your order. The inside of the restaurant is a bit small. I love Einstein bagels! Although, I do wish that there was more locations in CV area. This Terra Nova location gets so cramped especially because half of the side that used to be a seating area is used for their storage. I definitely thinking it's been more down hill pre-Covid. Another big deal for me has been the Lox bagels not coming with a pickle anymore. That has been tough. I'm pretty sure it's National wide since I have been t other locations that also do not serve pickles anymore as well as their potato salad which sucks because I don't feel like I'm getting enough for my buck. At this point I'd say buy your own bagels and Nova Lox Salmon with their schmear and call it a day! It's sad but true. Service is always awesome here.
