We were greeted warmly upon arrival and although ordering is typically done electronically the staff member assured us he was available to answer any questions. The e-ordering process is very easy and has options for customization which is a perk. The food is all prepared to order and came out nicely plated and at the correct temperature. My dining companions very much enjoyed their pancakes, eggs, and hashbrowns. I ordered the tropical acai bowl which was topped with a good amount of a variety of fruit. I do wish the acai base was a little thicker; the texture was more smoothie than sorbet but the flavor was lovely. Pricing is very reasonable for a hip-ish local place - all-in-all City Egg is worth a visit!

The ordering system is electronic on touch pads which i don't love but I know we can blame Covid for that. There was a young woman available for directions and another woman cooking. The place is clean with lots of tables and chairs and restrooms were clean. I didn't see a place to leave tips on the pads because i like to tip but the store is almost completely self serve. My breakfast was $12 which is reasonable. Only gave 4 stars because i prefer human interaction, but no real complaints about the food

The food menus were not obvious and the staff did not help much. Their drink menu board is fun but hard to read. Sent a group in after me and they couldn't find where there was a food menu and had a hard time with the staff showing them (they didn't even after being asked) so they only got coffee and got food elsewhere. Items did take awhile. I think if they were more helpful to out of towners (tons of hotels around) and made it more obvious of their different offers they could get a lot more $$$ per head. Decent vibes inside. I do feel like they could have done more for the aviation theme.

When I asked the staff for their preferences, the overwhelming majority chose The Public House--many of us dine here regularly and genuinely enjoy both the food and the welcoming atmosphere. As the department cardholder, I coordinated directly with the owner to place 34 individual lunch orders. He made the process incredibly easy by allowing me to send one organized list with each employee's name and their chosen meal. I'll admit, I felt a wave of anxiety taking on such a large, detailed order; I worried something might get mixed up and that I'd end up facing complaints. I'm happy to share that my worries were completely unfounded. The owner and his team went above and beyond to ensure every single order was prepared accurately and on time. Not only was everything perfect, but the staff absolutely loved their meals...there wasn't a single complaint. What impressed me even more was that the owner personally delivered all 34 orders himself. That level of dedication and customer service is truly rare, and it meant so much to all of us. The Public House exceeded our expectations in every possible way, and I can't thank them enough for helping make a long meeting day run so smoothly. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at The Public House who assisted in ensuring every order was perfect...you are all genuinely appreciated!
