I made an appointment for an eyelash lift & tint, eyebrow tint, and lip wax. When I arrived I…read moreoverheard a conversation between the owner and technician that made me feel uncomfortable with getting these services done. It sounded like they were using some expired product or something along those lines, and that this person who was to do my eyelashes was inexperienced. When I tried to tell the technician I changed my mind about the appointment, the owner came out and convinced me to go through even though I wanted to cancel. That was a big mistake. She ended up performing the eyelash lift without asking if I had any contacts in, which I did, and I ended up getting a chemical burn on my eye balls and had a severe allergic reaction to the products used. When the technician was doing the eye brow wax she also kept going over the same spots over and over again which was very painful. She almost didn't even do the lip wax that I paid for, and I had to remind her. I ended up needing to go to urgent care 2 times and luckily my vision was not affected although I had a blood vessel burst in my eye which filled my eyeball with blood and had scabby painful eyebrows for the next 2-3 weeks. Terrible terrible experience. At least the owner refunded my money, but I would recommend going somewhere else.
