The parking lot was packed. We were waiting for people to leave to get a spot. When we left there were several spots open in the back right side. If I recall correctly they have bathrooms, but you need the code. The line..... was to the back of the store. Extra long. They had most of the registers open so it kept moving, but it was long. It's always long, not like this. That is one thing I dislike about the store is the lines. They used to have remote checkouts. They would have kiosks throughout the store where you can check out on your own or with the help of an associate, but they don't have that anymore. Selection- We were here looking for clothing for our teenage nephews. We found two tops for one. Lucky and Quicksilver. Both really nice and after opening it on Christmas we learned that he approved. For the other nephew we got him pants. We picked out a nice pair of Addis sweatpants and he really liked it and they actually fit. The size smalls aren't all the same. He's got a tiny waist so it's hard to find him pants. Those Addis ones were the right side and fashionable. There was so much more we could have shopped for, but with the line to the back of the store we had to keep going and get out of there. I really liked there selection of clothing. I still find them pricy at times, but you can find really good deals too. The issue I have is most of the clothing is made for the Rack. They aren't discontinued or discounted regular Nordstroms clothing so you are getting what you pay for. And if you're ok with that then this is the store for you. I've gotten some really nice pieces here and so has my husband. I'd come back, but only when I had more time and it's not during the holiday rush.

I looked around for a week to try and find a one time use tie at lesser store: Ross + TJmaxx for an event and never got lucky. Went here and found two good options - I was very impressed at that selection. Shopping in the area through Covid had become almost unpleasant at some points in time - I'm glad to see all that is over with at least at this store. I just went in for a quick purchase - but I will be back for more soon. Shirts and shoes are super quality at the lowest prices.... and for all the online shoppers out there - trying on shoes or a shirt is important to make sure its comfortable.

As I approached the entrance, I was greeted by security and was granted entry. Aesthetically, the interior is surprisingly pleasing to the eye. The store is well kept and organized but it smelled like a box crayons. I think it's due to the materials used to make the clothing items. Lots of elastic and rayon. The "jeans" were thin and had lots of stretch to them. Cheap. My preference is 100% cotton for jeans. I have guess clothing from the early 1990s that I still wear today. 100% cotton and made in the USA. The quality is better than anything being made by Guess in 2025. Overall, today's Guess isn't for me. I can see teenagers shopping there. Today's Guess gives Forever21 meets Rave, Contempo and ClothesTime. Store security was nice and professional.

The staff came across as rude, careless, and extremely unprofessional. One employee literally walked away from me mid-conversation without saying a single word. No excuse me, no "let me check," nothing. Just attitude and complete disrespect. Several employees acted like helping customers was an inconvenience, with cold expressions and dismissive behavior the entire time. It honestly felt like they looked down on customers instead of doing the job they're PAID to do. Management seriously needs to retrain their staff on basic customer service and professionalism because the attitude at this location is unacceptable. A store can have nice products, but when the employees behave THIS poorly, it completely ruins the experience. There are plenty of other stores to shop where customers are treated with basic respect. I will NOT be returning to this store and would NOT recommend it to anyone expecting decent service.

I revisited this store over the holidays after a 6-7 year of not. I'm not a huge fashion or shopping guy but over my adult years and knowing my sizes and fits, I just became loyal to certain brands that fit me well or have good luck finding my sizes and styles. Banana Rep is one brand that fills such mold. It just fits my basic taste and their sizings fits my particular body without any altering. I also find the fabric textures to be soothing yet sturdy. I heard Banana Republic is part of the GAP corportation, with Old Navy being the economic level, the Gap being the middle tier and Banana Republic being the higher tier. It always made sense to me. I like this location as it super convenient, the closest to me. It is also less busy as say the Livermore location which can get super tight inside. And on a weekday, this place is super conducive for me, very chill with easy parking. Now outlet shopping can be hit or miss. Sometimes you'll find something nice with a nice pricetag in tow, whilst other times you may find nothing. It's part of the hunt and fun. But I like to get a couple of things occasionally to keep the wardrobe fresh and tight. And this Banana Republic can be a part of that occasion. Giving a long due shout out.

The 50% off helps a lot. I still didn't find anything that caught my eye that was at a price I was willing to pay. They had some nice dresses and evening wear mostly for the New Years Celebrations. I also saw some pretty sweaters. We were mostly coming for my husband. He really likes Banana Republic. We found a pair of pants for his nephew that were comfy and actually fit him. He's got a very tiny waist so it's not easy to shop for him. Most of the pants didn't come in his size, but we found a pair that he approved of. We got it for him for Christmas and he was very happy with them. The store is well organized and is easy to decipher the men's versus women's sections. They even had suits for men. Full on suits, matching slacks and jackets, not just sports coats. They must be competing with Men's Warehouse next door. I was really surprised by finding a suit, the only issue is they don't do tailoring in store so you'd have to find a private Tailor. Returns are easy and quick. Even with it being the holidays the line goes really quick with two registers open. We bought a shirt for my other nephew that we thought he'd like and 50% off was a good deal. We bought it and then went next door to Nordstrom Rack. While at the Rack we found an even better shirt for him so while in line at the Rack we returned the one at Banana Republic and was in and out in a flash. On the other hand the line at the Rack was to the back of the store. So if you are on a time crunch this is the store for you.

The store can be a bit unorganized so it's not my top choice to stop in for clothing. Home decor, bedding and hair care products that are brand name is more so the reason I'd come here. Glad I was able to knock out school clothes shopping for my son without going to many places and spending hours looking. It's been a great shopping trip.

Instead she gave me the credit to my card. This time I used rewards plus my credit card to buy a pair of jeans, but decided I did not like them and would exchange for something else. I returned the jeans, but she told me the rewards were "one-time use" and I could not apply that to my current purchase. I asked to see that policy and she said "that's the policy". I will be closing both the style rewards and my Ann Taylor Credit Card.

Now you have to enter and stand in front of a TV with loss prevention until they give you the go ahead to pass the entrance.
