We've been coming here since 2017 and it's still our favorite coffee in all of DFW. Love the model and the coffee so much. It's a treat when we get to come here as it is very much out of our way. We live near Lovers lane in Dallas. We find any excuse to come grab coffee here. We wish we could sit and stay awhile. Hope they are still working on the big shop. Let us know what rep we need to call to make it happen! read more

Excellent coffee, relaxed, friendly counter service, and pretty re-model of the old Pearl Cup location. We enjoyed our coffee and "cruffin," and will return! read more

This place is the absolute cutest and the woman I met that was working was so nice. They started out as just roasters. The vanilla latte was the perfect morning drink on ice. I came across it by accident and glad I did :) read more

1st time trying & so glad I did. Got an iced latte with macadamia milk & vanilla. It was so good. I didn't go to the main location, which I hear has more options & food. read more

I came in yesterday and was blown away by the warm reception of the barista that was working. She let me sample the teas and a tiny bit of hot chocolate that was left over and went above and beyond to not just serve the customers, but also to connect with everyone that came in to order a drink. It's easily the best service I've received in a coffee shop in DFW. Both the shop and the menu are simple and unassuming but between the high quality service and drinks they make, it's well worth a visit. I ordered a macadamia milk cortado with vanilla and it was *divine.* I will definitely be back! read more

Great little coffee roaster hidden away - IYKYK, I guess! So glad I now know! The two men working were so nice and knowledgeable. I got the Costa Rica slow drip and it was yummy! Can't wait to go back and try more! Oh...prices were really good too! Not pretentiously high prices like so many other coffee places. Thank you!! read more

I love this place. Great coffee and great service. I highly recommend. The beans with their name on it are my favorite flavor.

I delivered some supplies and they blessed me with a free drink. I had the Iced Mocha! I was hooked. Great staff behind the counter. They were quick and friendly and I swing by every time in the area. Highly recommend you check this place out. read more

This place is terrific! I ran across it quite by accident, and stepped into their tiny, cozy space enveloped in fantastic coffee smells. I bought very freshly roasted beans of two of the darkest varieties from the friendly, helpful staff. They were great in our espresso machine - and we'll be back for more! read more

What a local roaster should be! I first heard about Eiland at Dallas Coffee Day and talked to some of their roasters. They invited my friend and I to their shop any time for a tour. I just thought they were being nice but when we showed up later on the owner gave us a tour and gave us a behind the scenes look. He took the time to explain their roasting process and answer all of our questions. All of my interactions with the staff have been great too. And what's even better, a purchase of a bag of beans includes a free drink off their menu. The location is pretty hidden away, basically on a side street of warehouses. Their shop also doesn't have any seating because the space is pretty small, their main focus seems to be on being a supplier instead of a coffee shop. They do have a menu with espresso bar, pour overs, etc. If you're in the area and want to try something different then check them out! read more

I've lived in Richardson for quite some time and just now stumbled on this gem. I had no idea they have been here for 13 years. I bought some of their Brazil roast, which i received a free drink of anything I wanted. I got a large latte. It was incredible. Fantastic coffee and knowledgeable, friendly service. read more

I want to give this place a higher review because I really really liked the taste of the coffee beans. They seemed really high quality and fresh. However, a few things about this place threw me off, which is why I'm giving them a lower review. I didn't like that there was no seating inside at all. I was excited to bring in my book and sit there for a few mins but I just had to take my coffee to-go. :( Also the sizes are so weird. Their medium is so tiny. So I'd recommend getting a large. They were super friendly though and I definitely will go again. Just be sure you don't go there to study or anything. read more

Kind people. I randomly stopped by because it was on the way to my mamas house but I'll be back for sure. This place is mainly a coffee roaster and focuses on making coffee, but there is a small retail side where you can walk in (or curbside on your phone) and order coffee. Menu is simple; coffee is really good. I didn't catch either of their names, but the woman at the front asked my preferences and made me a cinnamon mocha that was delicious. I'll be back. read more

Solid espresso and great beans to go from this local roaster. Free coffee (some drinks for upcharge) when you buy a bag of beans. During covid-19, order ahead on the website, and when you park, call the posted number and they'll start making your drink so it's always fresh. Service is not always fast when they're busy, but always friendly! read more

Eiland Coffee Roasters is a top-of-the-list, best coffee I've ever tried in the DFW metroplex. Their coffee tastes consistently smooth, clean, and fresh. The staff here are always welcoming customers in with warm smiles, and are very knowledgeable about coffee. This is the place to go for a quick stop for a grab-n-go! They roast their own beans and initially started out as a wholesale business, but I'm SO glad they decided to bless this community by opening up shop to let customers come in to buy their coffee. They are quite literally a hole-in-a-wall, one of my proudest finds. Must go! read more

Coffee is Universal. We all understand that but finding a coffee roaster that delivers on the customer experience is difficult. Eiland Coffee Roasted delivers on both. Every time I come here I feel welcomed and I am surprised with amazing coffee flavors. They have this experienced barista there named Damaris.. who is simply put the best at what she does. She is professional, smart and knows her coffee. This place clearly hires the best of the best. I highly recommend trying this place and buying some coffee to take home. Ask for Damaris, if you are a newly venturing into coffee flavors, ask her for advice. Richardson is a special place, Eiland Coffee Roasters could not be in a better place. Support local. Come to Eiland. I will be back. read more

Excellent coffee, both brewed and bean. Their Brazilian coffee was pleasantly floral, exactly as it should be. I have struggled to find good coffee in this area, and now I have found it! read more

I discovered this while dining at 60 Vines. The coffee was so good I asked what it was. The next day I drove down and picked up a pound or two. This is by far the best coffee I've had. It is fresh, rich, flavorful. Just amazing. Just roasted takes on a whole new meaning. Their Sumatra is amazing. You'll have to make a special trip as their location is not some place you'll just be driving by but it is well worth it. The only negative is that they only sell full pounds which can be an issue if you want to try several varieties. But as this has become my single source for coffee thats not really a problem. Do yourself a favor and make the trip to Richardson and pick up a pound of this amazing coffee! read more

Doesn't get any better than this when it comes to getting quality coffee. Extremely warm and friendly staff that puts effort into making you comfortable and welcome. Do not skip over this one! read more

Little hidden gem! We almost didn't go in because of the location. We weren't sure how good it would be but don't pass on this place!! You will regret it. My husband and I are picky on our coffee. We like drinks that actually taste like coffee and not just sugar milk. We got the iced latte with vanilla... soooo good and I wish we were closer so we could go every day! read more

Such a cute and interesting place in an unlikely location! Makes it all the more fun. No seating inside, it's a grab and go kind of shop. I can't recommend their vanilla lattes with oat milk enough. That was the best vanilla latte I've had! The staff was so friendly and asked how our day was and kept conversation with us. They also have no problem with you bringing your own cup! I will be back and recommend to my friends! read more

What a Gem of an addition to our little City of Richardson! The Deliciousness of their coffee has zero bitterness. Will be purchasing future birthday gifts here! Yay! read more

One of the best coffee I've had so far. Super impressed with how the taste still lasts after all the ice has melted. I live in Houston but will definitely come back when I visit Dallas. Definitely better than all the coffee that Houston has to offer. read more

Go in and order a cortado. It will come out perfectly. Sit on small bench and drink it while chatting with staff about coffee. Then get up and order an americano to go and leave with a couple of pounds of coffee for your home pour-overs. Pay with Apple Pay and tip to your comfort level. When not near the main location, search out a coffee shop who uses their beans and drink this wonderful coffee- like Epic Gelato in Flower Mound. If you ever meet me there I will buy you a cortado. It is perfect. read more

Eiland has the best coffee in Richardson. The two baristas -- Beth and the other guy (forgot his name) -- are really good. They also have a roastery attached and hence, sell excellent coffee beans. I wish the coffee shop is open for longer hours and on weekends. Besides the coffee, it would also be nice to see a couple of chairs or a bench outside the shop (given the lack of space inside) if customers want to sip coffee. read more

They have arguably the best flavored beans in the area and the barista staff inside is always extremely helpful & friendly. Love this place

Due to a major accident on my normal route to work and having ran out of coffee at home, I stumbled upon Eiland's this morning and I'm glad I did. I ordered 'off the menu' a flat white and it was honestly a little too milky but the quality of the coffee was top notch. I didn't deduct any stars for the slightly not perfect flat white because it's not on the menu so I give the guy kuddos for even making it! The only real complaint is the size. They have 8oz and 12oz and I ordered the 12oz (as I mentioned before I RAN OUT of coffee this morning so I was dying for a large cup) but the 12 oz was small! For $4 it wasn't necessarily a bad deal, I just wished they offered a larger size (and I'd be happy to pay a few dollars for for it!). read more

Happened to be in the area and in need of coffee. This place hit the spot. I picked up a bag of Brazilian Condado and got a free flat white with it, plus a tour of the roasting facilities. Very cool, plus the coffee was delicious! read more

Happened upon this coffee when eating at Whiskey Cake. They had some for sale and we picked it up. It was some of the best coffee I've ever had. Seeing that it was local I decided to drop by and check the place out. It's located on a street that looks like mostly warehouses. One of the men who worked there was very helpful trying to explain the differences in coffees. They didn't have the kind I liked so much but I picked up a few different types and with that purchase I got a free latte which was delicious. I had my LO with me so I didn't get to stay long but was invited to see where they roast the beans the next time we came back. Which we will do :) read more

So the bathroom is closed-assuming because of Covid which I totally support to be safe and the to go stuff on the shelf says everything is sanitized so only take what you are purchasing , BUT the person making our drinks is going to go from touching the order/checkout screen to making our drinks without sanitizing , then answering the cell phone(so many germs), back to making drinks and then grabs straws and puts them in by the top where you put your mouth, with unsanitized hands. Person I was with took a sip before realizing--oh great. I just removed my straw and lid when we got back in the car. Saw a glove, but it was resting on top of the cell phone before he answered it-smh. How about sanitizing after touching the screen if screen isn't going to be cleaned after previous customer and having the straws in individual wrappers like every other place I have been to during Covid. Not worth the risk to me. Person I was with just said, I kept wondering when was he going to sanitize, especially after he was getting the ice out. Then we all agreed how ignorant we were to just not leave and go somewhere else-wouldn't want that pre-pandemic, but especially during one! Been wanting to try this place too after seeing all the good reviews on Yelp. read more

Small little shop in its factory. Seemed to be very popular. We came since we had some extra time and it was near our aunt's place. Basic menu where they focus on the coffee. Very friendly & helpful. Not a fast place but they take the time to talk to you. My sister got a cold iced latte with lavender which was pretty good. I got a hot latte and it was good. The small is the smallest cup of coffee I've had for $4. But flavor was good. A couple of the locals we talked to really liked it. So if you are local, worth a try for sure!! read more

I love Eiland Coffee Roasters! They hands down have the best bold roast and their barista is very knowledgeable with any problems I'm having with making my daily espresso! Before they only did wholesale and it was such a bummer for all of us coffee lovers out there, but I'm so thankful they finally opened shop. I do hope they expand bc the store front was a tad small and is mainly a to go coffee/shopping for your beans. I believe if you buy a bag of coffee beans you get a free coffee in house which is superb (please check with barista) They also provide substitutions for milk! I believe them to be oat, soy and almond. For the first time around I tried their vanilla latte and it is the perfect combination of bold beans and vanilla! I also enjoy their cold brews with almond milk and it's one of the best hidden gems in Richardson! read more
