I would avoid if purchasing out of state!! Purchased a 2023 Ford Raptor from this dealer. I asked the salesman to send me all damage and issues with the truck and overall condition as I was purchasing from the west coast. I received the truck yesterday and it's destroyed. It appears as if it spent all 18,000 miles of its life off road. Dirt in every nook and cranny, it was not detailed, all of the fender wells and side of the truck are rock chipped, the rear windows are rusted and rock chipped. I am very disappointed. Due your due diligence before purchasing. Update... DO PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER!!! After weeks of trying to get my paperwork from this dealer, I can't even get a returned call. They are shady and are trust trying to make a sale. As far as repairing the damage on a 70k truck. They stated I purchased as is and will not help with repair or compensation towards repairs I made. o where to start. first they sold me a truck with oil leaks ,coolant leaks and needing timing chains and probably cam phasers. within 12 hours of buying it. the truck started having issues. i called the next day and asked to return it they said no. they did there best to hide all the issues with the truck. having me bring it in twice and clear the codes and then say they dont clear the codes when they obviously do. then tell you to bring it in another day just to be told there is nothing they can do. because there is no codes. they are all in on it. read more

Love the car, could have had better service. We found something we liked within 15 minutes on the lot. We had a less than friendly salesman. But since this was what we wanted, we stuck it out there. The car ended up missing a component that was listed on the sales sheet. It took over 2 months to get it as they forgot to order it the first time. The car had a small chip in the windshield that we didn't notice during the winter. The chip started to spread less than a week after purchasing. Also, the hood support rod is totally broken on the car. I think there are some major flaws in their so called 45 point inspection. Shop around first. read more

I called and was able to get my car in for repairs a few days later. Lee, the service person I dealt with was very professional, listened to the things I needed checked on my car. One, was the light always came on, no matter how hard you would shut the drivers door saying "Drivers door ajar". Well when we picked up my car I ran in to a store a few minutes later and when I came out my hubby showed me the dash light was still on! I called Lee and told him that this was still on, as well as the other problems were still there! Lee and Eide Ford made everything right, found a few more things that we needed to take care of so it cost a little more then the first bill but they did quite a bit of stuff at no cost to us. Lee apologized for the inconvenience but I was very impressed with their service. I've been to places where they are so condescending, treating me because I am female, I don't know anything about cars and talk down to me. I told Lee to call my hubby about the car but he also kept me in the loop. I will always go back to Eide Ford for service work because they stand behind their work! Thanks again Lee! If I ever buy a car again it would be from here. They are professional, courteous, and do not rip people off. I live in dickinson and called Red Rock Ford to calibrate my speedometer which can be done through IDS ford program. To my surprise the service writer told me ford does not allow it. Only thing manufacturers and emission law restricts is removing emission parts. Anyways I called eide ford they quoted me $60 which is the best price you can get from any shop even high performance shops would charge more. They did the calibration and did not charge me because it took a few minutes. Which they still could charge flat rate. Due to no fault of their own since I have aftermarket parts calibration did not work. So I have to buy an aftermarket speedo calibrator. Point is eide ford did not have to do this for me for free even if it worked. How could you not put your trust in this company anyone else would have charged you even if it did not work. Imagine if I bought my car from them I know they would do their best to make sure it's perfect and definitely will not rip you off. I would go here for everything for my ford even if I need a bolt I can get from ford dealer here in dickinson I would rather give my business to eide ford and drive 3 hour round trip. I support businesses that you can trust and I trust eide ford. BTW I am a diesel mechanic so I know what they could have charged me. Also all the mechanics, service writers and all staff here were eager to help. read more

Driving through ND from MT to MN on a Friday. It's 90+ degrees and my F150's AC decides to act up. I called a couple of Ford dealerships along the way and they said no way - all booked up. It would be first if the week before they could even check the codes... Then I called Eide Ford and was connected to Brandy in the service department. She said they too were busy but to bring it by and they could at least check the codes. So we dropped it off and walked to the mall which is conveniently located next door. Brandy called me back about an hour later and said they had diagnosed the issue and already reset the system. We were good to go! And then, when I'm picking up the car, Brandy gives me the keys and says no charge - it was a simple fix, she says!!!! Wow!!! Horrible customer service. Bought a keyless entry pad for our truck took it home couldn't get it programmed correctly. Stopped into Eide thinking it would take someone 5 minutes to help out. Finally got to the parts guy Travis (I think) he was very rude. Said I could make an appointment which would be 3 weeks out then they could look at it. I said I would not be buying anything from them again and will go to Bill Barth Ford in Mandan he said OK. Out I went and will never consider buying anything from Eide again. You would think the day you receive your dream car from an out-of-town dealer would be an exciting day that you would want to share with family and friends. I couldn't find the car I wanted in my town but I found a listing on-line for a certified pre-owned Ford Explorer with everything I wanted. Unfortunately, after working with a very helpful and pleasant sales associate the car that arrived still had trash and medical waste from the previous owner. YES! MEDICAL WASTE! There was a used dental flossing tool on the passenger side floor.. Add to that the leaves (yes old leaves) and paper garbage in the back storage compartment. Dirt on the floors and on the seats. Exactly how all of us want our car to look! I will share pictures with you in another post as to warn unsuspecting buyers during this sales fiesta for dealers. Cars are sparse so they can sell them for whatever they want and skip on the quality service. Some of you may think, "Big Deal" vacuum out the garbage and move on, so they missed those details in the simplest task at the dealership. Here is WHY THIS IS A BIG DEAL! I have no faith in Eide Ford's preparation and inspection of my car's engine, electronics, brakes - all the things that can kill me, my wife, and my 10 month old son (the reason I bought this new Ford Explorer). EIDE Certified Pre-owned Vehicle: Yes, everyone can certify it is pre-owned because they get to see the garbage from the last owner and his medical waste that is still in the vehicle. Sure I can take it to a local Ford dealer and have the entire car inspected AGAIN (who knows if they even did it in the first place. They didn't clean it so how do I know they inspected the engine.) If a dealership can't even clean a car how can the public trust that they can carefully inspect an engine or your brakes. As long as they move product they make money. If I were the owner of Eide Ford I would be embarrassed that your employees shipped a car with MEDICAL WASTE, YARD WASTE, AND TRASH! If I were the manager I would be concerned what you are going to say to the BBB when I submit a complaint regarding your failure to even inspect my cars engine, brakes, electronics, etc. I'm sure you will say you did it. "We do it for all our certified pre-owned vehicles!" I agree, I am sure you do, just like you clean and detail all of them as well. OH WAIT - you didn't clean and detail this car so maybe you didn't do anything and it just sat there after the previous owner turned it in. You should be ashamed of yourselves for ruining my excitement and anticipation upon receiving my car with medical waste and garbage. You should be ashamed of yourselves for not likely not inspecting my vehicle to ensure it is safe for my wife and 10 month old baby. My sales associate was very friendly and helpful, wiring payment was easy, but the condition in which I received my car is shameful. My wife will not let me put the baby seat in the car and she will not drive in the vehicle until it is cleaned, sanitized, detailed and inspected by the Ford dealer here in our town. Would your wife or husband allow you to put your baby in a car with the previous owner's medical waste and garbage? This is why I am sending a letter with this same shameful saga to Ford and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. During a pandemic it is shocking that a car dealership would not even follow standard sanitary policy and remove medical waste from a pre-owned vehicle. I would assume that is a health code violation but it is certainly gross nonetheless. Maybe Ford will care about Eide Ford's lack of sanitary practice for vehicles they sell, maybe they won't but at least they will know how poorly Eide Ford represents their brand! If you can't even clean and detail a car and remove the trash, you should not be trusted checking cars, servicing cars, or selling them to the public! read more

I will never buy another vehicle from them again! The sales experience was great, he did his job. When I went to trade in my 2005 300m with 97 miles they low balled me with the explanation they don't know what they are getting. They claimed I was getting a vehicle that has had everything gone through. That I would have no problems. 2011 Arcadia 10.5 thous. with 130 miles. the next day the thermostat was high, I had to pay 300.00 to fix that because they wouldn't give me my car back and take the Arcadia, why because the sales man bought it. I Bought in mid Oct by Jan. I have four thousand dollars in repairs bad leaking- the oil and break fluid. I damage anyone drive way if I park there. The manager wouldn't even call us, he sent the sales man to deal with us. Wow, I am now looking to get a 2nd loan to buy a bran new Arcadia. Lets just say not from them. Don't trust that they went through anything! Ask for them to do it and show you the report, best advice. read more

I just finished a conversation with the shop manager where I was overcharged for a minor coil failure. When I asked the manager to explain/justify the costs, he told me that I never asked the doctor how much an office visit will cost and that I will just go ahead and pay for it. I bought the F-150 truck 4x4. The price was decent. I set up a appointment to test drive it. Nothing wrong with it when test driving. 4 days later. Tire was flat from a slow leak. Also, the check engine light came on. I have my own diagnostic tool and it says, error P0125 "poor coolant circulation" which means either bad wiring, bad ECT sensor, or bad thermostat. Everything else appears fine. What they did was they aired up the tire and cleared the warning light. Also, they gave me only 500$ on my 2001 VW Jetta with only 124K miles on it. There was no deal at all and they wouldn't give me more for it. These guys are a scammer and I would not buy from them again unless they will fix my truck for free. read more

Negotiated with Jeff on a vehicle, said he would fix the items and the shop would take care of it. Left town as for I was not from there. Not fixed and total neglect of care for customer. Cost a large sum and even trying to contact managers, they avoided calls. I guess basically the lying cost me too much to afford and the vehicle didn't even have fluids to pull off the lot. Had to stop at the auto shop for has, windshield fluid and a quart of oil. Can't believe they keep getting away with this. Bought a $17,000 Truck that was supposed to be serviced, left town on the road and almost broke down- never seen a vehicle with no fluids, brakes were shot, cost $3,000 more to keep it running when I got back to the shop. They said send the bill and things will be taken care of. So I agreed and when the mechanic called them, they laughed and hung up. LaMonte said he'd talk with Peterson and take care of it. He never answered a call or email since. I have filed court papers and will seek damages. This has been the experience several others have had- DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!! Friendly, helpful staff. Oil change prices same as everywhere else in the area. Cool, clean, and entertaining waiting area inside: wifi and cable TV, free coffee and water. My only complaint is their services are by appointment only and their slots fill up fast. But worth it when you can get in. read more
